I was recently in a minor auto wreck, and was referred here by the company who owned the vehicle that hit me.
The people at Charlie's were so easy to work with, and always pleasant. They were quick to answer any questions that I had. They also helped me to replace a passenger side mirror (at my very inexpensive expense!) that was not part of the accident. When I picked up my car yesterday, it looked perfect. They even detailed the inside of the car, which had nothing to do with why it was there! It was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off.

What business doesn't have a voicemail set up yet??? You cannot leave them a message. What a shame. Stuck waiting on a car. Have been told I would get phone calls for updates 3 times now and they still didn't call me back Having to hound a business is so annoying. I don't know why Ricart dealership recommended these people. They have no professional abilities whatsoever. Now once again the finish date is pushed back. Maybe I will have my car back this weekend, maybe not. And do not drop your car off after hours, their so called "drop box" is old and damaged with no lock. If your car is drivable it could be stolen since your keys would be sitting in what looks to be an old ass mail box. It was a mistake to use this place and I will never return. Don't expect any clear communication from these people. They get insurance money checks pouring in so once you're in, your stuck so find somewhere else to go and save yourself the headache.

James, we appreciate you choosing our facility to do your auto repair and that you were happy with those repairs. We do apologize for the confusion on the drop box. As shown in the picture we did fail to remove the old drop box from the wall, however there is a locked and securely bolted drop box on the porch in front of the old one. We have never had a problem with customers mistakenly putting their keys in the wrong drop box, however, we have removed the old drop box to make sure it does not happen again in the future. As far as the phone, we unfortunately had just changed phone companies and did not realize that the new phone company had set up our calls to be transferred to a cell phone they provided us after 4 rings and yes that cell phone voicemail had not been set up apparently when you had tried to call. We thank you for bringing these two things to our attention and we have addressed each one.

I was in accident back in September, the damage was pretty extensive on the driver side. After 3 months of Charle's Auto Body begging Ford for parts to become available off the assembly line. The finished product looked better than it did before the accident. Really the fit and finish was better than the factory. I found the couple that run the business were always very pleasant and accommodating. They went out of there way for me more than I can count. I hope I am never in an accident again but if I had to go through this again, I would want Charlie's Auto Body to complete the work, they understand what customer service is suppose to be.
