I merely asked for a quote on getting a second key for a car I just purchased. I don't understand why you need anything more than the car info for a quote. I'm not giving you my address until I actually want the service. Then you tell me to give them my mom's address. Wow. I'm 52 years old and have zero tolerance for this level of ignorance.

horrible c service and care. I verified that they knew my vehicle yea, make and model. gave me a white of $160. A very nice guy showed up with and told me it would be $190. called back and customer service said it would be $200. I called back in the morning and hey are now telling me it's $200+ to get a janky fob. left me sitting roadside for over ten hours and got the address wrong. this has been a memorably awful experience. this is worse than Comcast!!!!!!! the technicians were wonderful. the company is the worst ive dealt with. EVER. apparently I have to leave a star review.... I would leave a negative one.

Fantastic service!! He arrived at my house less than 30 minutes after I called on a Sunday. He is fast, friendly, and gave recommendations for cheaper options. Saving money is always good!

Ok. This business is Top Tier. We had a locked office door in our car dealership building. I contacted Cheetah through Yelp on a SUNDAY and IMMEDIATELY got a response. Laxmi, the owner, quoted me $75 for the open door service and said he could be there in 15 min. So he actually got there in 8 to 10 minutes...whoa! "Cheetah" fast! Super polite, friendly and helpful. I showed him to the locked door and he quickly figured out the strategy to open it and in about 2 minutes...DONE.

I'm saving their number! Any work I need done, I'm going to Laxmi at Cheetah! Support local, small business!

We locked a closet door at my business we didn't have a key to. I called and was quoted a better price than other locksmiths. He came within the hour, did a perfect job and even fixed another lock for me. The quality of the service was outstanding and I'm beyond happy! Roi was amazing.

I was stranded off of Moravia rd on thanksgiving night I locked my keys int the car . It was less than a min to get service. They came in exactly 25 min. He got my door open in less than 5 minutes. I was relieved but sad at the price. $150 with tools I could buy off of Amazon

i had a great experience with this company. He gave me a time he was going to arrive and actually came earlier! he was quick and did not try to get over on me with the price. He was very professional and I absolutely would recommend this company.
