Chicago Car Keys

Made an appointment to program two key fobs and ignition key. Showed up at the appointment time. Place was locked up. No answer at any of their numbers. Completely blew me off! And this being that I spoke with the guy two hour before!!! Beware!

I had the best customer experience. It's nice when you feel like folks are just doing honest business and not trying to scam or gouge you all the time.

I read all over the web that it's impossible to get an Audi key fob programmed without going to a dealer and paying $500. Not true. I also saw where a couple of car key places on the internet say they CAN do it, so I called two. I chose to make the drive to these guys and was happy I did. I was out of there in 15 minutes with no B.S. It's a shame to feel like that's special nowadays, but it's a welcomed relief!!

I drive a push to start durango and lost my keys after a night in the town. I called them up because they replaced my girls car keys a few months back. The cost for the fob was nicely priced and I was able to grab 2. Quick in and out in 15 minutes. I recommend.

They did a awesome job! I came to get a duplicate car key and it didnt even even take them that long within less then 10 minutes

Jose is outstanding. He showed up and had a new key and fob ready to program for my car. He is super trustworthy and asked for vin number etc. He has a van with all his business on it and definitely knows his stuff . I got my car key replaced for $275 - the dealer quoted $400-$450 and I would have to tow it there . Very happy with Chicago car keys! Also I paid with my credit card- he uses square and emailed me my receipt

Had my Dodge Caravan key in stock. In and out in less than 10 minutes. The locksmith made a duplicate key and program it. Very convenient, it would taken me longer at the dealership.

Great job, my car was running in no time. Jose stopped by and was about nothing else but business and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. All he needed was a bit of info on my car and he was able to replace my lost car keys in less than 15 minutes.
Would have given 5 stars but, there was a bit of confusion that happened. I called "Omega Locksmith" which is supposed to be pretty much a 24/7 every day locksmith service a day prior and got a quote by phone at 4:00pm. And they said they would call back in 3 hours (I assume they were busy) but they didn't so I called back at 7:00pm and left a message, but there was no answer. Then today I called "Omega" once again and talked to the same guy but "Chicago Car Keys" was the company that showed up. Which is a 9am - 5pm every day service. So I don't know if it's the same company but "Omega Locksmith" calls seem to be forwarded to "Chicago Car Keys," which have different service hours according to Yelp and Google adds. So I think hours and the company name and number should be clarified for the convenience of other customers who might have way bigger emergencies than I did.
BUT: Overall great service either way!!!! Thumbs up!
