I let him do a fraxil laser because I was told it was good for skin tightening. NEVER were burns mentioned or I would have ran from the office. told- "I do 3 or 4 a week" indicating no big deal.
I came out with SIX 2nd degree burns on my face. two months later- still raised, pigmentation issues and possible scars. it has been physically and emotionally damaging. Dr AP's answer was- free facial, 1 skin care cream and TIME. who has 6 months to walk around with hideous sores on your face? terrible- so regret ever allowing this. I would have paid 10x the amount for them to say- he might BURN YOUR FACE. Eva- coordinato and Diana nurse/ never said anything about burns. how could an experienced surgeon literally hold a laser on my face until it burned to second degree level. heartbroken

I went to see Dr Patronella as one of a few doctors that I interviewed for a facial procedure. Making an appointment was easy and the staff sent me all the paperwork to complete in advance. Communication was excellent. Once at Dr. P's office, I met Eva, the physician's coordinator. She interviewed me and answered the many questions that I had. Then Dr. P. Visited with me and my spouse at length. He personally took the "before" pictures and spent considerable time with me explaining everything about the procedure. Then it was back to Eva who detailed the options and pricing. I left the office with no pressure whatsoever, which I liked. I was very impressed with Eva.

Eva contacted me for a followup and I decided to use Dr. Patronella for the procedure. His pricing was on-point with the other surgeons' estimates, but I decided to use him based on my gut feeling, coupled with his credentials and experience. I am glad in retrospect that I made this decision.

I went in for my pre-op visit, which was covered by his estimate. There I received a very nice large tote bag containing various vitamins, medical supplies, a pillow, and many other items for post-surgery.

The actual day of surgery was in the medical building's surgical suite. Five nurses worked there and an anesthesiologist was there throughout the procedure, rather than a nurse practitioner. I was also scheduled for a day-after home visit by a nurse, something I didn't expect, but that was all included as no extra cost as part of the package. All post-op Dr visits are also included. There were no surprise "extra" fees tacked on at the end of the process, completely turn-key

I love Dr. Patronella! I had a Mommy Makeover (breast lift and his True Form tummy tuck) and he has changed my life. I've never felt confidence like this before! I never thought I could look in the mirror and say I love my body, but now I can't help but think it and smile every time I look at myself. I won't go to anyone else because I know Dr. Patronella is the best. I had my surgery October 2nd, and now-- almost January the scars are nearly invisible on my stomach and breasts. And I never dropped a cup size (32DD) In fact, at the follow up appointment, a nurse thought I had implants! Honestly, it's amazing how he's transformed my body and I'm over the moon!

Love Dr. Patronella and his practice. I have been extremely happy with my results and I'm told all the time how my results look so natural! That is really the result we all want! I would refer friends or family!

I do not feel that there are enough words to describe how amazing not only this man is but how great his team is as well. From the moment you schedule a consolation his team has your best interest in mind. When I met with Eva I was terrified at just how all of this would go but she calmed me down and explained what all the procedures I was interested in would involve. After first meeting with Dr Patronella I was instantly comfortable with everything we originally talked about. He gave me realistic hopes for what my body could look like and not empty promises of what at 28 I wanted to hear. Surgery was great (I guess as I was out cold) but once I woke up the real test began. His over night staff ensured I was as comfortable as I could be and the around the clock care still has not stopped 5 weeks later. If I had a question or concern I felt urgent I could call the staff at the Kimberly center and a doctor would call me back to address the issue, and even still any questions I have I can email to Eva and I get an answer back as soon as she can answer it. I wouldn't recommend anyone else especially for a tummy tuck. I have friends who have used other doctors and they look good but when we start talking about if they would do it again they all say no the pain and experience were not good. I would gladly do all this again because my pain was managed well and my results although it's still early are already absolutely amazing.
I spent my late teens and twenties having babies and trying to get back into shape and couldn't thank Dr Patronella and his staff enough for giving me the chance to enjoy my thirties able to wear whatever I like and know it's going to look good!
