Jackie T.Wadsworth, OH26356May 19, 2020Just had a truck Truxedo Velcro cover put on my 2019 Chevy Colorado and I am extremely happy with the quality and service provided by Chuck's.
I should've asked for a quick demo on how to latch and unlatch the cover but it was easily found on YouTube.

Matt V.Medina, OH079May 14, 2019I called for a price on a trailer hitch and was professionally and promptly given a quote. I called to make an appointment and was able to get in the same day. Excellent service so far and I appreciate the prompt service. When my car was returned the inside had a strange film or dust all over. It was easy to wipe down I just believe maybe the tech should have done that. They then put a drivers side under body panel in the rear of my car. The instructions clearly state to remove and cut the panel and then replace . This part of the job was simple enough and I would have been happy to do it.. however they didn't give me back any of the fasteners and when I asked the tech he handed me one plastic fastener and didn't really care what I had to say. A few of the fasteners actually should have been put back in place to hold other panels together. I ended up buying fasteners and completing the job on my own.
It was a Friday and maybe the tech just wanted to go home but the lack of attention to detail and the I don't care attitude about my concern is the reason for two stars.

They did our brake controller in an Expedition eons ago - they provided us with a nice roll tarp for our dump trailer, and they've helped us out with suspension parts for an enclosed trailer. They're local and friendly, and they've turned into our go-to place for trailer supplies.
