      .
While in Florida for a year, I would lay in my bed and think of Frankie's Chicken at Ciccanti Restorante in Jefferson Hills, Pa.
On my return home, I soon stopped for lunch and ordered Frankie's Chicken.
      .
The dish consists of 3 large pieces of chicken with artichoke, peppers, black olives and mushrooms.... smothered in a butter lemon wine sauce. Minestrone soup, two large slices of great Italian bread and a large helping of collard greens made with onion and garlic rounded out the meal. I added a mug of beer and was soon in heaven.
      .
      My take:
I was greeted by Frankie himself which was nice.
The was no skimping on the entre.
      Fresh ingredients for sure.
      Excellent service, but not bothersome.
Quiet atmosphere with TV playing low.
All in all, a great experience as usual. Can't be beat!

      Dennis
