Cj's Ace

I bought a Milwaukee LED light that was on sale. It was marked $69 and if you were at ace rewards member you could get it for $10 less. So I signed up for rewards member and went up to pay for the item, but the discount would not show. At that time the young lady called for the manager. The manager was borderline rude, and I felt that he did not believe me that it was on sale. I took him back to the section and the first thing he said " well this is not a flood lamp", then I said well this is where the item was on the shelves. He then looked at the SKU and it was the same as my item so he gave me my $10. He was not pleasant not so much is said hello, no smile, noeeye contact or have a good day or anything like that. I just felt that it was a bad experience and this man belongs back in the stock room and away from the public.

I purchased a door knob and a motion sensor light switch from CJ's Ace hardware. The switch was defective and would not function properly. I also noticed that I had purchased the wrong knob as it was brown instead of nickel color. I went back the next day to hopefully replace the switch for a working one and get the correct color of door knob. The switch package I had opened but the door knob was unopened. They refused to take either of the products back as they said they were on sale and they wouldn't take back any sale items! Nobody said anything about not being able to return the products if they were on sale when I purchased them and there is no signage saying anything about that either. I just moved to the Greenville area and I will NEVER shop at CJ's Ace Hardware again.
