Be Aware! you take your Labradoodle who weighs 60 lb and they call him difficult and charge you $110 for a bath only and took 3 hour to do it. I Do Not recommend this place. First time took him it was $80 and today it was $110 with no pre-warning.

When We went there the 1st time and asked them to shave the matted areas and trim our cat, they did it perfectly with a slight trim on the their back. Then going there the 2nd time, they literally shaved my whole cat besides his face. And his Mattes weren't even that bad this around. Then we called to provide feedback and got pushback while trying to help them not make that mistake again in the future. Never going back!

My boy looks so handsome! I have a huge Pyrenees mix who hadn't been groomed in quite some time. I gave CJs a call and they got him in much sooner than we expected, just a couple days later. They were super upfront about how long we could expect it to take and their pricing is great.
I brought my big boy in today and the staff was friendly and it was clear they love the animals they work with. I came back around the time they said he'd be finished and he was gorgeous! He smelled good and his undercoat was thoroughly groomed. No surprises for price; we expected some due to the condition of my big boy's coat but no surprises, just a beautiful big dog to take home. They even helped me with him out to my car since I had my toddler with me. Will definitely be going back.

I did not want to give this review but a $475.00 vet bill has changed my mind. I have never gotten my cat groomed before so since the reviews seemed solid enough I thought I'd give it a shot. Bad decision.

Well my cat had a solid routine; I know his habits and his schedule and he was perfectly happy and normal. I take him to the groomers on March 25th. It has been 2.5 weeks since his grooming appointment at CJs. The first week after getting groomed he slept in my bed for 5 days and wouldn't move, wouldn't eat, wouldn't go to the bathroom even. I had to wake him up and try to force him to eat. He wouldn't follow me anywhere or go outside just slept. Then the second week he was a bit more active but still refuse to eat breakfast and slept most the day and barely ate dinner.

They say after 2 weeks if your cat is having issues time for a vet visit. Was able to get in on Sunday April 11th. I get blood work, urine lab work, everything to find out what is going on. Well the Veterinarian gives me a 475.00 bill to inform me that they had stressed him out so bad or did something to him to cause him not to eat or drink water. He was dehydrated from not drinking and some of his kidney cells are in a stage where if he doesn't eat and drink he will have major kidney damage. Now the argument is "Meh meh meh he could of had that before" No, he didn't. He ate breakfast and dinner like clockwork, followed me everywhere, he would go outside, play with his favorite toys eat chicken his favorite food (which he refused in his stressed state unheard of). I know my cat. This is not acceptable and honestly CJs should compensate me for this vet bill for 475.00 since they caused it in the first place and caused some kidney disruption. Hopefully it gets better now that he's starting to eat more as there's no permanent damage according to the vet. He's still not acting 100% himself and have another scheduled visit in 2 more weeks to see where his lab results are at then. I am not pleased and will not be going here ever again and will be sharing my experience with others.

We love CJ's! They have excellent pricing, timely service and the ladies are AMAZING! They are so kind, friendly and helpful! I have an English Bulldog named Tubby, that is hard headed and often grumpy (he IS a bulldog! And probably takes after me!) and they are very patient with him! Honestly, I'm not sure why there are other groomers in town!

CJ's is probably the only grooming salon that does cats. My cat is very feisty and does not like to he touched. We took him in to have his nails cut and he was very difficult for them. They were patient but stern. They weren't mean to him and got the job done. We apologized for his antics but they said he's a cat. It's their nature. Really appreciate that! Very reasonable rates also. Thanks CJ'S for being here and being great!

Took my two Mini Schnauzers to them. They did exactly what I asked and my pups looked amazing and were in high spirits coming home. I will be returning to them for future grooming!!

Based on a friend's recommendation. I figured I'd give them a try.

The complete lack of customer service was astonishing. Not one smile. She made me feel as if I were an inconvenience.

You would think for $35.00 my dog would at least smell clean, but no. He didnt. I'm not going to be returning.

I was concerned at taking my baby to a new groomer, but the minute I stepped in my worries were put to rest. My baby looked wonderful when I picked him up! I definitely will recommend this groomer to everyone I know!
