Ian was SO very helpful. I had an out of state vehicle that needed to be registered in CA but had a wonky title. He helped guide in the right direction and gave a recommendation to go to a local smog check station. He was very professional wearing a mask in office as well as outside and while inspecting my car. Highly recommended instead of sitting in line at the DMV.

Simplest process ever... registered and paid taxes on my vehicle which was an out of state dealership purchase. Ian took care of everything and brought the plates/registration to my house. 5min... had everything I needed. Completely avoided the chaotic nightmare of the DMV. Highly recommend.
