Classic Cleaners

Highly recommended- I have been going here for almost 10 years now, bringing both men's and women's dry cleaning, drapes (even a shag rug which they did an awesome job on) and other items that needed mending/alterations. The ladies here are very skilled seamstresses as well, and have taken in suits, altered hems, replaced zippers, you name it. All of my shirts and pants are skillfully cleaned and pressed to my request, and I've never had an issue.

One time I noticed that I had brought in a shirt that was missing a button, and they had fixed it without even mentioning it to me. Great service!

I took a bridesmaid dress in to be hemmed and taken up at the spaghetti straps - they charged me $150 for the alterations! I've been in several weddings, with other similar dresses and alterations done by other tailors, and I've never paid more than $50-$60. Way, way, way overpriced.

I took a skirt in to be hemmed. I needed it back within two days and they happily got it back to me with plenty of time to spare. Even though I didn't ask for it to be pressed (it was very wrinkled from shipping), it was beautifully pressed when I picked it up. I greatly appreciate that kind of initiative. They are very friendly too! I will definitely be going back when I need another alteration.

I can't say enough good things about Classic Cleaners. They do a fine job cleaning things - everything has always come out great, on time, and nothing has ever been lost - but what I really love about them is their tailor service. They have altered so many items for me, from my husband's suits and pants to my wedding dress to various formal gowns, dresses and other clothes. They always do an absolutely wonderful job and at great prices. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Horrible place to have your clothes cleaned.

I dropped off a linen suit and it came back to me looking as if someone poured bleach on it. I went round and round with the owner and she refused to reimburse me. Finally, after months, she gave me a pittance (under $100) in return. This was because I had the suit analyzed and it indicated that they had improperly used the cleaning agent while cleaning the suit causing the suit to be ruined.
