Had a positive experience when I came to get an oil change on a Friday morning. Had initially gone to Walmart but the wait was about one hour. Came here and within minutes my car was getting serviced.
I waited in the office and helped myself to coffee which was a plus for me since I hadn't had my morning cup. Office was clean and well maintained and they even had an option to sit outdoors under a patio umbrella. Service took about 15/20 minutes. Upon check out, I used my 5$ coupon that you get when checking-in.

Purchased my 3rd car from advantage BMW and the service has been more than exceptional. However, my last visit for the 30,000 mi maintenance was not good. I had a valuable in my car which I had forgotten about. It was in the center console. I didn't worry Because they have absolutely no reason to look in there. I also thought, "it's bmw, I don't have to worry." I was wrong. Granted, I'm at fault but I thought bmw was a respectable dealership and wouldn't compromise integrity. Just don't leave anything valuable in your car!

I had a bad experience. I took my boyfriends car up there to get an oil change done. Not once did they say that it was going to be over $100 for the oil change! that was the total when using a discount coupon not only that they really just don't seem interested in doing anything for anybody. It's like they're there to make a paycheck, but don't want to do the work shitty communication shitty service all around if I had any other fucking choice wouldn't of paid but my boyfriend made me do it because he said they did the service so we should pay them and all honesty. I don't believe they deserved any payment because not ever have I ever paid over $100 anywhere for an oil change, they should've communicated that with me.

Quick, professional and honest. Love this place. I've had several oil changes and inspections here, and I've always had great service. Leo, the owner - he's almost always there, by the way - is very personable and never tries to upsell me on additional services I don't need. I'm in-and-out in no time and the prices are reasonable - an A+ in my book. Leo even offered to share his lunch today when I told him it smelled great - like I said, a personable, nice guy!

Years and Years I thought going to the dealership I was getting quality service, after today I was 100% proven wrong. Not only was the guy who handled my car was very honest, very quick, very informative and even hands on showed me things I never learned. I am so glad I made the choice to come here and will not be going anywhere else unless recommended from these guys. I drove up in my car and there was a guy in the back so I rolled down my window and he asked me what I needed. I said I had a vacuum leak and needed it fixed to pass inspection. He mumbled something and pointed to the building with all the bay doors open. He then went and talked to the car behind me, so I parked my car, got out and waited at the back of my car to speak with him again. After a few minutes of him yucking it up with the other car I got back in my car and left. He tried to wave and say something as I drove by but I just rolled out. Not interested.

First experience here. Leo, the owner, is very friendly and professional. Sam took me back to the my house because it was going to be a while and then came and picked me up to go pay for the service. Total of about 5 hours. Service to replace the vapor canister was reasonable according to a quick google search, and they included my inspection with the estimate for the other service. I would definitely go back.

Don't come here! I'm very upset over the way they treated me. My battery went bad. I bought a battery there about a year ago. It has a 2 year warranty so I went back so they could replace my battery. They hooked it up to their computer that can check the battery, the alternator, and the starter. Remember I already knew the battery was bad. They came back to me and said the starter was bad and they would not replace the battery until I fixed the starter. They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix it. So I called other mechanics who said they would do it for $500. Since I decided to go somewhere else to fix the starter, they charged me $20 for hooking it up to the computer. From there I went and talked to a mechanic who told me that without a good battery they can't test the starter. Finally I called another NTB who said yes the battery is warranted and that they would replace it for free. I went to their shop where they then charged me $120 to install the battery. Oh and the starter? It is just fine. This whole experience has turned me off from ever using NTB again even though I still have a 2 year warranty on my new battery. I fully believe that if my husband had taken the car in, none of this would have been a problem.

This is the second time this place has provided me with disappointing services. 1st time a little over a year ago, i went over for a routine oil change. Couple days later as I was driving out of state I noticed small oil spots on the ground. I stopped on a near by shop and to my surprise, the oil filter was extremely loose. They ended up adding 1 quart of oil. Today i went of state inspection and right off the gate i was told that i needed to replace the drivers side windshield blades. He showed me a small portion of the wiper rubber that was torn and that they had them there for $29. I asked them if I really had to replace them to pass inspection and i was told yes. I immediately thought they were trying to rip me off. Ill let you all make you decision but here is what TX State inspection rule is in regards to the subject:
d. The portion of the rubber element that contacts the windshield is torn more than one inch on one end or is torn a total of one inch on both ends.
