Nope. Don't recommend. I only went once before for an eyebrow waxing because Luxe Nail Spa was already closed. They did a fine job that time. so I figured I'd go back while I was in the area. There was just a bunch of stand offish men there & when I walked in one of them just asked what I wanted & i when I told him an eyebrow wax he just said "go in the room." Really weird vibes. I went in the waxing room & it was just uncomfortable so after a few minutes of not talking to anyone else, I left. And went down the street to Luxe Nail Spa. I recommend them much more. They we're actually cheaper too! I won't be back here, that's for sure.

I went for an eyebrow wax and they literally RIPPED THE SKIN OFF ME! While getting my eyebrows done I noticed it hurt more than usual. The guy doing the waxing make a laughing comment that under the eyebrow usually hurts more. Well now I know why. Because he took skin off. It burns so bad and I can't even wash my face because water touching it hurts so bad. Will never go back!

terrible experience. I went for a pedicure and now have an infected toe nail from the technician "digging" in my nail bed. My daughter had a gel manicure and one day later, the polish has chipped and they had to redo her polish while there bc the polish wasn't applied properly. In the middle of her manicure, she was asked to go to another tech because a walk in came who needed a nail repaired. I would not recommend going here. I had to ask my tech to correct the polish on my toes because I had polish all over my skin.

I have always had good service here. The owner is very nice and does a good job. They take their time and don't rush you through your service. The deluxe pedicure is the best!

Nice quiet place and clean. They took me as a walk in. My pedicure looks great. Thanks.

A good go-to nails spot with plenty around. The salon is set up well and takes into account all social distancing and safety measures required. The technicians were nice, prompt and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well.

I asked for ombré with almond shaped nails. I was charged extra for the tech to make my nails almond shaped from ballerina. I was charged extra for taking the current dip color off. I've never in my life been charged for either of those two services! NEVER! I was in the chair for 1 hour and 30 mins and still DID NOT get my ombré nails!! I would've been there another 20 mins according to the tech. She had dip powder on my cuticles, which I had to point out to the tech. I took my own dip powder to the salon in hopes of saving myself some time from doing them myself. My 2 year old could've done a better job on my nails!! They look like $h!t!! And the tech charged me $45 . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!! RIP OFF! Plus all board licenses were expired...that'll be my first call tomorrow.

No need for an explanation. Just going to leave these pictures here....I tried to tell them how unhappy I was. He began to tell me the white on the side of my toes was dry skin. My nail color is nothing close to the dip color I picked. They told me it was because my nails are pink and the nail they put the color on is white. I ended up having to pay, but I will be back once they open for a refund or for someone to re-do all of this.

Well, I won't be going back, that's for certain. The experience itself wasn't all bad. Tools, other than the emory board and buffer, are cleaned under uv treatment, the ladies were all polite and efficient, and the space is pleasant, as well as being convenient when you're shopping, but the result was not good. I got a shellac mani and pedi [only shellac on the hands] and the nails already looked like they'd been growing out for at least a week when I walked out of the shop- the shellac was nowhere near my cuticles on the back or the sides, and it was flimsier than expected as well. A week later and almost all of it has peeled off, hardly worth the upcharge for the service.
The pedicure was a little rough- my callouses are tended to, but the exfoliant scrub used on my legs was harsh enough to be kinda painful, making the hot towel after sting like all get-out. It also pays to note that many of the certificates displayed on the wall by the register are expired- perhaps I should have paid more attention on the way in?Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hello Meredith B, I am Linh Phan, the manager of Classic Nails and Spa and I am reaching out to day to see if there is anything we can do to make your experience better. I notice that you mention that many of the license are expired, they were simply not updated at the time due to the current, updated ones were coming in the mail. They are always licensed techs working at our nail salon with current and valid license. We also have on hand an instructing license for cosmetology. Sometimes our techs do make mistakes and I am really sorry about that. Will you be able to come back in and give us a second chance?
