Classy Nails Spa and Sen Brows

First off, this place is STUNNING!!
However, I was very disappointed with my gel pedicure. One big toe looked great and the other looked like it was grown out a bit already.
I didn't notice till home & wasn't going to drive 25 minutes back.
I also hate how rushed you are while picking colors.

Based on my experience I wouldn't try them again, but part of me wants to give them another chance.

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I came in for a consultation for permanent makeup for my eyebrows. Ivee Tran did the consultation and assured me that it would look natural. I decided to trust her and do it. I AM BEYOND IMPRESSED! She got the exact color of my hair and natural curve of my brow!! They look amazing!!
She was so patient and informing. She has been in this business for 30 years and travels the world. She has a tic tok and FB page of over 100k people. She is one of the most humble people I have ever met in my life. She has a skincare line too. She is a local influencer that more people need to know about. I already come here to get my nails done and the energy is very positive.

I tried out Classy Nails and Sen spa for the first time, and they are my new go-to! Lily did an AMAZING job on my nails, and I can't wait to go back to her for more fun art. Check-in was easy. The place is BEAUTIFUL, and they have every nail color under the sun. I will definitely be back soon! Their prices were more than fair, and I was impressed by their work.

The parking lot is plentiful, it's easy to find, and there's plenty of things to do nearby. You can pay with a card, but cash tips only!

I absolutely love this place. I came in on a whim to try out the dipping powder manicure probably about 6 months ago and I have literally been back every week or two since. My mom and two of my best friends now go on a weekly/bi-weekly basis as well. The place is absolutely gorgeous, always so clean and inviting. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They always make sure you get what you came in for. I never leave reviews but I honestly have only good things to say about Classy Nails. I would give this place more stars if I could!

Lisa is the best! She is super quick. She always does a good job and I love coming here.

DO NOT EVER GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE! I asked for 1. Not long 2 fill them in. I said whatever you think that means is what I would like. 2 hours later and my right eye glued shut, she says glue dried way too fast. She said it was a new glue and it was very strong. My eyes were burning pretty bad and when I looked in the mirror I was horrified. They were the worst drag queen looking eyelashes. I said I would like them removed. She said wear for 3 weeks and come back and we will take off. I said I am not wearing these for 1 days. She tried to take off and they would not budge. I walked out of there almost crying. I had to rip my eyelashes out to them off because no lashes were better than those crazy looking things. I asked what numbers she used and she said they didn't have numbers. Do not let what happened to me happen to you, do not ever go here for eyelashes. However, they do a great job with nails. That is why I tried. Oh and the eyelash girl said it was her son's birthday and they were waiting for her! I'm sorry you are late for your party while you made me look like a disaster. She was completely unprofessional and unapologetic. STAY AWAY!!!!!'

I have been coming to Classy Nails for about a year, looking for a place I can rely on regularly to incorporate this into my self-care routine. The facility is clean and quiet, they have a lot of options for color, gel, and dip. I have had different nail techs every time I have gone but haven't found just the right tech for me. Usually, I get a decent pedicure (I typically get the signature pedicure with the scrub and hot towel wrap - $54 after tax before tip). I called to reschedule an appointment and they were able to get me in right away, which is great and would have warranted more stars except... I am disappointed to say I am unimpressed with the nail tech I got today. In fairness, I am not a nail tech, nor a cosmetologist, I am however, an expert in my own feet and know how like my nails trimmed. The last time I went I noticed, after the fact, that my nails were still kind of long and thought I'd just ask for them to trim them shorter the next time. I didn't realize this would be a problem. Phong Ly seemed like she was in a rush from the beginning (my nails looked a little rough after filing and uneven in some places) and was clearly irritated when I asked her to trim my nails shorter. She proceeded to tell me my nails were short enough. Ultimately, with some insistence on my part, she did what I asked and my nails look nice but I shouldn't have to argue with you to get my nails done the way I prefer them. I will return as it is a nice place but will certainly ask for a different nail tech in the future.

I tried this nail salon for the first time yesterday and was impressed from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The place is beautiful inside and has a very classy and elegant look which I love. Ben did my nails and he provided excellent customer service and was very attentive to my needs. I think I found what I have been looking for in a nail salon for all these years. Thank you all!

I have been going to the same nail salon for years in Arizona, I just moved to Columbus and went to a nail salon a couple weeks ago and had a bad experience, I've been nervous to try somewhere new after that and then I came here classy nails takes AMAZING care of people and Lisa gave me a pedicure and I will definitely be back for her and the friendly staff again you will not regret it! The interior is so fancy and clean very well maintained I'm extremely impressed, when I first walked in they offered me a drink immediately and Lisa introduced herself and asked my name, then asked how my day had been going she was very personable and did a fantastic job on my nails. The chairs are extremely high tech and comfy. Overall great experience and will be recommending over and over again!!
