My daughter had surgery scheduled here last week. We arrived bright and early for a 6am appointment. First, the staff was friendly and professional, from the desk attendants to the doctors, nurses and anesthesiologists. The whole team introduced themselves to me and my daughter before her surgery, explained exactly what would happen and asked repeatedly if she had questions. After her surgery, the surgeon called the desk of the waiting room to reassure me everything went well. I was very impressed by their care. Second, the waiting room had a nice coffee and tea machine that was complimentary. And it was good coffee! Let me tell you, that was highly appreciated at 6am! Third, parking is easy here. It is a pretty large facility and plenty of parking with no fees. Lastly, the restrooms, waiting room, and facility were clean.

This is not my first experience here - two years ago, my daughter was hospitalized here and we experienced the same caring service. I'm glad that we have such an impressive hospital in our backyard!

This facility is a full service hospital. The ER is the fastest ER I have ever visited. The staff is vert friendly. The lab is fast and efficient as well as the radiology department. This location also has a pharmacy, PT, and Surgical Outpatient and Inpatient. Great facility.

I had to visit the emergency room on Mother's Day, the waiting room was busy and my wait was very short. The nurses were kind and helpful. I needed many tests and was then sent to observation. Everything was clean, the nurse that took my blood and started my IV was quick, didn't miss my vein and didn't leave my a bruised up mess when I was discharged.

Short wait, clean, friendly nurses and doctors, easy to discharge, easy follow up directions and they offered my mom drinks as well.

I wouldn't go to this ER here ever again. While the hospital has strict protocols during the day in the main building, they do NOT in ER. No social distancing at ER when you check in. There is no one on staff wearing Covid protective gear except a mask. There were allowing people to sit inches from intake area. No designated seats 6 feet apart from other patients waiting in the waiting area. The worst of it they refuse to treat me because I was wearing a face shield,( the entire time) and couldn't breathe with a mask. According to the laws in the State of Ohio, a person can wear a shield if they a medical condition that prevents them from being able to breathe in a mask. I met that criteria. I was instructed to go to the ER by a nurse because of my severe breathing problems, I was on 2 prescription medications for breathing and was still having shortness of breath. Instead of helping me, the nurse sent security. We explained what happened. Security was sympathetic to what happened to me, and gave me a number to call. By the way, I found out later that they could have given me oxygen mask and put a regular mask over it thereby allowing me to breathe, but option was never given.
So, if you care about your health, don't go to this ER because the staff last night could care less about you, and the safety of people in the waiting room.

This place is huge!!! Parking is easy to find but can take 5 minutes, (if your waiting longer than that you're doing something wrong) walk straight up the manicured walks to a massive revolving door, sign in (tells you where to go) the nurses are great, rooms are clean, magazine lounge selection needs a little bit of work... it's a snap, best part for endoscopes (my husband as one done) you can watch. I eat that stuff up with 2 spoons!

My review is not in regards to the level of care we received but more so about the the thoughtless way the parking and drop off is managed. We have had to make several visits with a child on crutches and you certainly haven't made it easy. We have either had to park very far away and he's had to crutch all the way to the entrance, or drop him off - ALONE - while we park far away again. You are a medical facility, do you not expect to have injured adults and children here??????? At the very least have parking accommodations in the same way that you do for ER patients and families. Come on Cleveland Clinic you should know better and do better.

Normally I wouldn't write a review about the Cleveland Clinic. However, my experience today calls for one.
I've been driving all the way out to Avon from Kirtland for over a year because I love my doctors.
Every single time it's a constant struggle because of parking. Your parking lot is a disaster. I drove around for 30 minutes before I ended up having to pay $4 for valet.
That's unacceptable, expecially for someone who was there for an injured knee.
You guys have put millions into building that new hospital, why not build a parking garage? Or better yet, make valet free.
With the amount of money I shovel out yearly on medical. I shouldn't have to worry about injuring myself further because I had to park a mile from the entrance. Or having to pay for valet parking.

I love going to this hospital for my doctors but just like a previous yelper my issue is with the parking services. Yes I work for the clinic at a different location and have their parking sticker on my car but the parking services keep giving me a parking citation for parking there when I'm there as a patient not an employee!!!! Where do they expect me to park when I'm there for my surgeries and follow up appointments. My last surgery kept me there from 6 in the morning to 6 at night. It's not my fault that I had to stay there for so long, but to add to my misery of physical pain, you had to throw in a parking citation? Just ridiculous!! And I'm not going to pay for a valet to park my car at a hospital.. this hospital already takes thousands of dollars from me, so adding more to it just to park, sounds ridiculous...

Great facility. Super clean, had two follow up appointments since my surgery and both were quick and easy. Staff and all the clinical staff are great!
Dr Malaya is great, of course meet him under crazy circumstances but glad to have had him as my surgeon! Very caring and concerned about me. Follow up and hospital stay was amazing considering I was in the hospital.
Will be changing over to my primary care to them because of the great care.

I used to get my bloodwork here all time and they were great. Now i go out of my way to go to the one in Twinsburg when i can because the people here suck. They dont listen to their patients and stick me twice then have someone else come help.
      1. If the patient gets bloodwork once a week they know their body better than you and its common sense for costumer satisfaction to listen to the customer. Even if they dont agree give the patient a sound mind
      2. You draw bloodwork almost everyday for the whole day you should know what you're doing, no excuses.
      3. If the customer doesnt like big needles please understand that and give them the butterfly one i cant tell you how many time the lab people gave me lip about it. I dont care what you have to say i want to avoid bruises as much as possible if you cant find my vein, which happens everytime i go there.
      4. Im not the only one my friend has gone in and had to get an IV and they ruptured two different veins because they cant get it right

Please train your staff better or get new people
