Clinica Medica Del Sagrado Corazon

The lady at the front desk is rude. She needs to learn how to speak to people. The actual nurse and doctors are great but the person at the front desk needs to learn how to speak to people and not he rude, because of her i give this place a low rating.

Great staff!
They helped right away.
They even came out to help me after they saw i was fainting outside to help.

This clinic is horrible they will not release your prescription they will hold it hostage and then try and make you sign a document stating that you are refusing to buy it from them this is a shake down

Esta clínica es horrible, no liberarán su receta, la tomarán como rehén y luego intentarán hacerle firmar un documento que indique que se niega a comprársela, esto es una extorsión.

I had been to this clinic previously and was not impressed but I thought they had a good service but came back and the service has gone from "ok" to bad.
It wasn't a busy day since there were only 3 patients in the waiting room they took my into the exam room and said that doctor will be in 15 minutes after 40min wait she comes in and says something and when I said I didn't understand she turned around and said " I am not going to repeat myself" she wasn't even in the exam room for more that 3-5 minI almost got up and walk away . I am not going back to this place again.

Se merecen un 0 estrellas Pésima clínica , el dr no dirige la palabra a los pacientes , patético anti ético y profesional , no te dan receta diciendo que es una clínica privada y que tienes que comprar ahí por supuesto sobre precio , la asistente una mujer que usa unas pestañotas para que la reconozcan con una mala actitud , en pocas palabras lo peor no gasten su dinero ni su tiempo busquen mejor otras alternativas

Long wait for walk ins , but fast recovery with injections and medication. Been here 2 times and have always had a positive experience.

Do not recommend. They do not clean the means restroom I imagine the Womens either. They prescribe medication without really checking what's wrong with you.
Need new respected and clean personnel.

I waited 32 minutes till a doctor checked on me & before that I heard the doctor with another patient because the room was pretty thin. I decided to check & they said they would be right with me even though I was there first. Then the doctor finally decided to show up all she said was oh you need 2 injections. She checked my mouth for LITERALLY like 1 seconds or less she just flashed the light?? And expects me to pay $190 for injections and Tylenol when she didn't even properly check ME. The receptionist were just talking they could've kept me updated as well. I STILL HAD TO PAY $25 FOR WHATT WHAT A JOKE

Staff is in need of a sacred heart.
Pricing is decent, but i would not go back because of their customer service.

I had a few visits to this clinic, and always had a good experience with the staff and doctor in turn.
I saw new faces and they are amazing, very welcoming, caring and helpful. Specially my last visit, with these nurses Daliza and Claudia, that as for me were like doctors for the level of professionalism and knowledge. I had to stay in the clinic for a few hours for a treatment and they took good care of myself, they were great. Made me feel safe as well. Thank you! You are angels!
