Friday Special was a tri-tip sandwich. Good for the price but the price was $12.99 + tax and the sandwich was smaller than anything you might get at a chain sandwich shop. If you want quantity, go to Jimmy John's. If you want quality, come here.

I've ordered from Clockwork on Uber more than a few times. I just kept hoping the food and coffee would get better but it's not. Today I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was soggy and ice cold. I ordered a Hot pumpkin latte, it came 1/2 full, cold and literally tasted like dirt, not pumpkin at all. I really hate leaving a negative review, but after getting the same low quality over and over again, I have to complain. It's ridiculous.

Ben and his team do the best soups in Park City, without doubt. The Clockwork is the place to be for tri-tip Tuesday. They smoke on site and the results reflect the TLC that goes into their preparation. But don't worry, if you come later in the week there is a good chance that tri-tip chili will be on the menu.
Great food, fast service and reasonable prices...a perfect formula.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Emily S.West Jordan, Salt Lake City, UT7110874May 27, 2017First to Review
I will never eat here again.
They are the only place to eat in the outlets besides Trio. They should expect to be busy and staff accordingly. The three sandwiches our party got were mediocre best. They microwave everything on their sandwiches. They did have someone out side with a grill but I don't know what it was for. When they say hot pastrami on the Ruben it's thanks to the microwave.
But what I'm pissed about is the drinks. I ordered a large blended chai tea with almond milk. They charged us more for the almond which is normal. But Beans n' Brews charges me 25 cents these guys charges me 67 cents. Plus I'm not going to drink it. It doesn't taste like chai. It doesn't taste like almond milk. I waited a half hour, yes a half hour, for brown blended water!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jason M.Jackson, WY6347Oct 7, 2020
Good local spot with great sandwiches and soups. Owners are fantastic people. Our regular lunch and breakfast place

I am usually a huge fan of supporting local, or even semi local coffee shops since I used to work at one myself but I have to say that this establishment was underwhelming to say the least. We purchased an iced coffee, a mocha, and cookies. The cookies were overcooked, the iced coffee watered down and there was no espresso in the mocha.
If the waitstaff/batistas would have been friendlier I would have asked them to fix our order, but instead I drew my conclusion not to return.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jeffrey E.West Valley City, UT1501Jan 11, 2019
I never thought I'd say "I miss Subway." There is a new location for Clockwork Café in Prospector Square in a building formerly occupied by Subway. I thought I'd give it a try for a "quick" sandwich. I was disappointed to say the least. As other reviewers have noted, the "hot" sandwiches are merely microwaved - not toasted. Furthermore, it's $7.99 for a six-inch sandwich.
I ordered the Italian, which comes with a variety of Italian meats and two cheeses, topped off with vegetables "to round out the food groups." Topped off with vegetables meant that the staff would pull a leaf of romaine and spend 30 seconds unrolling and attempting to stretch that one leaf to cover the sandwich. Then a few tomatoes and pepperoncinis. No pickles, no cucumbers, no spinach, nothing else. They microwaved the sandwich twice to fully "melt" the cheese. Seven minutes after ordering, I got my sandwich. Hooray! And it tasted . . . like a microwaved lunchmeat sandwich. The best part was the pepperoncini.
If you get an opportunity to stop buy, you're better off going to Alberto's next door or across the street to Einstein Brothers. Like I said, I never thought I miss a Subway.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Debbie E.Sparks, NV6111683Feb 20, 2018
Coffee was decent. Pricing was a little high. Be sure you are very clear in what size you want. They have a spot to charge your devices and atmosphere is pleasant. Didn't try the food but those around me seemed happy. I was there at a slow time apparently.

Nice staffs! The owner is awesome! I usually order Can You Say Reuben, but when I want something light, I'd order half a sandwich. I don't know what other folks have to say about this place, but I've had nothing but amazing customer service, even when it's busy. If you work in the outlets, they give out employee discounts, which is a plus!

Why does it always smell so bad in here?? It is very unappetizing. Hard to even order food.
