Collins Street Tattoo

Still the best tattoo shop! Thank you so much to Mike for giving my 73 year old grandmother her first tattoo! He was very professional and made sure my grandmother was comfortable with everything. Went very smoothly and he made sure to explain how to care for her tattoo afterward.
Will continue to suggest this shop to others and come back when I want to get more tattoos.

Great place, very clean and very concerned about your safety. Sergio does really great work and will go back to him for all of my future art.

Had a simple tattoo to get with a long time friend.
Walked in, talked it out with Chris, we both got done with exactly what we wanted in no time.
The music isn't painfully loud, and the guys aren't stuck up like Starbucks baristas like a lot of shops in dfw, it's a real and professional tattoo shop.
Not a single bro in sight. Lol

I'm seriously against the trend of all the bs higher "shop minimum" crap all shops have suddenly adopted, it's just greedy and stupid, but unlike other reviewers I don't blame the artists for it.
It's pretty unfair for anyone who needs a small quick mark, but actually can work out better for large pieces.
Depending on the shop owners opinion of themselves, and how trendy the place is at the moment, it can be pretty ridiculous, but Collins isn't bad.
I'll go back here for other work.

Wanted to acknowledge how amazing Sergio was and his ride or die in the front. I had reached out to the shop via email and I was responded to fairly quickly. I was told what to expect. When I arrived I was welcomed and offered water... and even though there were at least 4 people when I arrived, I never felt forgotten or that I was waiting forever. The cute receptionist continued to assure me that It wouldn't be long. I didn't mind it, I wouldn't want someone to be rushing the artist just cause i felt it was "my turn". Honestly my experience with Sergio couldn't have gone any better. He took his time way before he even started. He made sure the size of my symbol actually looked descent where I wanted it to be placed. He didn't just slap down a stencil and call it a day. He came back several times to make sure the yellow I wanted went with my skin tone. I used to be a person who didn't like something that wasn't one of a kind but my son had recently become obsessed with Batman and well it's easy to say mom did too. Even though it may have been simple to others it meant a lot to me.... and Sergio made me feel like it was a one of kind (even though others have it). I wanted to make sure this shop got the credit it was owed. It's a very clean, professional atmosphere. To top it all off I loved the music, the head banging rock I experienced at others was not so inviting to want to sit through lol (really just a petty thing but still)
Can't say it enough, THANK YOU COLLINS TATTOO SHOP FOR MY EXPERIENCE, and THANK YOU SERGIO, truly my son loved it. He got a matching henna tattoo and he thought mom was extra cool that day

Got mother and son tattoos. Shane Did mine, and Sergio did my son's. They are very kind and quite talented. They accommodated us immediately. We are definitely pleased enough to return. My husband plans to return to see Shane about a cover up tattoo.

BEST TATTOO SHOP EVER!!! Chilli is the best he knows what he is doing iv trusted him with my tattoos for over 10 years and have NEVER had any issues at all. My tattoos that he did when I was 18, im 30 now, STILL look AMAZING. Hands down the best shop in town. Super clean and professional.

Nice professional, clean shop. Went for their Friday the 13th special and they just knocked them out fast but quality work! Can't beat a well done tattoo for $20. Sergio was great, very light handed and did an awesome job. Shane is great too, everyone here is! Come get a tattoo from them, you won't regret it!

SUPERB WORK!! The best I've seen! Sergio Benitez added detail by hand to an anchor/rope design three years ago, enhancing the already excellent quality, and it's still as clear as ever; then not only did a fantastic job on my husband's leg piece, but added gorgeous color to it of his own accord! Louis Aguilar did a special piece and added requested color also by hand. All pieces have earned constant admiration from others - they are true artists of the highest caliber. Will never go anywhere else!!
