Colome Nails

My friend & I decided to go get our nails done together, and we both got the UV Gel with Shellac. She didn't get the extensions, but I did (mine were $95, hers were $80).

Neither of us have been to Colome Nails before, but WOW! The service was on point, I couldn't have asked for better quality, and the overall vibe was calm and organized. My nail tech Jenny was amazing and took her time with my nails, but also got them done in a timely manner!

We were both ecstatic with the way our nails turned out, and we will most definitely be coming back. Thank you Colome!!!

I've been to various nail salons across the city, but the UV gel nails crafted by these talented ladies? Second to none. I am not exaggerating when I say they do the BEST UV gel nails in the city.

One of the most impressive aspects of their service is the strength and longevity of my nails. My nails last nearly a month, a testament to both the quality of the products they use and their exceptional technique. I cannot tell you the number of times I've received compliments on my nails, sparking envy among my friends and coworkers.

Even after relocating to the Lower East Side, I find myself trekking back to Midtown for my nail appointments. Their online appointment system is quick and efficient. I'm very picky and these ladies pay close attention to detail which I appreciate. The shoulder massage with the manicure was a nice touch. I'll be back next time I'm in town!

I booked an appointment for a gel manicure here after seeing decent reviews on Yelp. I asked for the pattern below which ended up costing me around $73 ($40 base + $30 for the design). My technician, Katrina, was super sweet. She must've been able to tell I was Chinese because she started speaking to me in Chinese haha but I honestly love that. We were chatting about the World Cup throughout the session. As my nails were under the UV, she gave me a free shoulder massage which really nice. Then as I was checking out, she also gave me a free lotion!

My only complaint was I wish she covered the white tips of my middle and ring fingers as well, but otherwise super pleased with the experience and would come again!

My nails look great! I had a good experience here and I was able to get my nails done without an appointment. My nails are very durable and it turned out great. Id recommend!

They were able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday afternoon and got me in and out in 30 minutes (gel mani). I was pleased with my results and would def come back again!

Stay away from this salon!

As someone who patronized this business for a few years and dealt/ tolerated their lackadaisical, inconsistent and rude behavior. My advise is to stay away from here if you want HEALTHY NAILS in the long run. In addition, They are rude, not loyal to their clients, very dodgy with their pricing and gossip about clients in mandarin during sessions. Sometimes they're good, other times, I've had to consistently babysit Wendy, during an appointment to avoid the gel lifting and me coming back for a fix.
I'm very particular with my nails, I get them done every two weeks. That is a lot of money to spend biweekly so I should be extra picky about where I spend my $$

You book an appointment here and most times you have to wait or she leaves you half way to attend to other clients or to pick the calls. An hour appointment becomes 3 hours. They offer no apologies, but Wendy had the nerve to tell me when I complained- "except you're going to the airport and missing a flight, I don't understand what the rush is" what a cruel and insensitive disrespectful person who shouldn't run a business.
So many other complaints I could write here, but I think y'all get the point.

I can't count how many times my Partner said to me to find a different salon as I'm always unsatisfied with their services, and how rude they are but I am loyal, and I tend to give businesses benefit of the doubt and chances, and to be fair I was lazy to have to search for another salon, However this business doesn't appreciate or respect customers it's all about the money and not longevity or building lasting relationships.

There are better nail salons in the area, colome isn't one of them.

First time coming here and really unhappy with how my nails came out. She continued to mess up and if I didn't point it out, it would not get fixed. And when she did fix it, it wasn't done correctly.

Solid nail salon! Easy to find, careful application, and fair prices.

I got a classic manicure for $15.50 before tip. My nail tech was patient while I picked out my color and then painted sample nails so I could see what they looked like. She was very particular with cuticle removal and when painting. And she gave me a nice little massage while my fingers were drying.

They have OPI and ESSIE options for regular polish, which is great. And they have suckers at the counter!

Only thing I would suggest is having a designated person at the front desk so that working nail techs don't have to stop with clients to tend to new customers walking in. And the nail files used are a bit harsh, they feel like nails on a chalkboard a little. I think a softer file would be more pleasant.
