Tina Fitzgerald is an incredible teacher and she holds a supportive and loving container for everyone. Because of the space that she has created, lots of other powerful and influential teachers are attracted to this space to share their offerings.

I highly recommend CommuniTea yoga to students, teachers, and healers alike.

There is a beautiful out door yoga deck and Tina is so amazing! Her kundalini yoga is very unique and beautiful. She also read my number chat which was super cool!

This studio is cozy. The front welcome area includes a boutique and has plenty of charm. Behind that area is the one yoga room of this studio. This is a great place to come if you want to do breath work or a slow flow class. If you're looking for a Yoga Sculpt class / looking to sweat, this isn't the place for you. They welcome ClassPass members. I have been to a couple of Brian's morning slow flow classes. I really enjoy how he brings in imagery and meditation into the flow to leave you feeling grounded and whole. The studio is small, so will be sure to get individual attention. They have everything there for you (at no additional cost): yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, etc. They have a parking lot behind the studio as well as easy side street parking. Pro tip: great coffee places are within walking distance to make your morning asana complete!

I was in town visiting from LA and I really wanted to do my practice of kundalini yoga in a class setting and I came across this lovely studio.

Everyone was so welcoming and the front desk gal was kind enough to set me up as I was a new student and I got lost getting there coming in a few minutes behind.

CommuniTea Yoga and Meditation is just what Oceanside needed. The variety of classes provided are perfect for all levels from a morning stretch session to chair yoga. All of the instructors are so positive and amazing are help you with your yoga an meditation practice.

I've taken a few classes with the same instructors and they haven't been repetitive at all. Darby's morning stretch is a great way to start your workday. Tina's has an amazing prosperity class that helped me move some stagnant energy out of my lymph nodes.

All of the instructors bring light, love, and the passion of yoga to you personally.

The front area is an amazing boutique filled with so many items to help you cleanse your home space (sage and palo Santo wood sticks) as well as beautiful jewelry that is reasonably priced and pillow cushions to help with your yoga practice at home or in the studio (they're beautiful!)

The complimentary tea is provided to all visitors and is great tasting. Its non-caffeinated as well so you don't get all jittery during your practice.

Overall, CommuniTea Yoga and Meditation is an amazing place.

Dropped in opening day, to check it out. The energy of the studio, plus Tina's positive vibe I became a "founding member". Had never done a Kundalini class, lots of other yoga. Okay, so we did lots of breathing, waved our arms and legs around funny and chanted, weird. But I have never felt better and been happier.

Tina is a fabulous business woman, always looking forward. She brings the best teachers to offer different yogic practices. And the workshops she puts together are A+. Affordable and taught by some if the best teachers from around the country.
The boutique is filled with ever changing books, crystals, jewelry and yoga wear. Just what you need to inspire your practice.

So glad I found this place. Everything from the energy of the place, to its beauty, to the lovely knowledgeable and amazing staff is top notch and most of all GENUINE.

I've been to a few places but this one is very unique and special. Besides the place feeling inviting and relaxing... It's absolutely the staff. The energy they bring is amazing. They all are highly knowledgeable and go through the technical and science based side of the house for those people who need that. Each one of them is special and unique. For the classes I've taken so far I've had 6 different instructors and they were all genuinely awesome, authentic, and bring great energy.

I love this place and after experiencing the classes was actually revealed to me during class that this was where I belong. I'm so torn between this place and Jiu Jitsu and need to figure out how to incorporate both of these practices in my life. If you are looking for a Yoga place, you absolutely can't go wrong here. I will say there is a more spiritual side and technical/science side to this than your typical Yoga place compared to others I've been to.
