For the first time in 20 plus years in Naples, we've had no issue with our AC thanks to the prompt and professional service of Complete Care Air! I highly recommend them. We've had one company after the other who had terrible customer service and we always had one problem or another. The AC has worked without incident since hiring Complete Care Air. Save yourself some angst and hire them!

I want express how happy I am that I called Complete Air. I was worried something was going on with my unit and wanted it checked before any expensive issues came up.
I called and the very next day, Yulio was on perfect time. He right away gave me ideas to help the unit work so hard. He explained their service agreement and it was so reasonable. Turns out the cleaning was all it needed. He was very informative and so polite!

I called Complete at 10 AM regarding an issue. They advised me that someone could be over between 12 and 2PM. Logan arrived at 11:45 AM and quickly repaired my problem without trying to sell me anything. This is the second time I've used this company meeting with 100% satisfaction.

Can't say enough about this company. I have an 18-year-old Lennox AC unit which has finally decided to act up. From my first call to Complete Care Air, everyone has been very pleasant and the service has been top-notch. Scott arrived on schedule and was very efficient in diagnosing each problem and took care of it quickly. I will definitely be using CCA next year to put in a new unit.

Highly recommend this company! Came home from work to no A/C, they had a tech out first thing in the morning to fix it. Cameron was awesome, very professional and personable. Repair took time and I felt completely comfortable leaving him working at the home while I had to leave. Could not be happier with the service provided!

We had a A/C unit at a rental that wasn't keeping up with the heat. We called on a Sunday evening and Scott came by Monday before lunchtime. He checked everything with the system and cleaned the filters. He was extremely prompt, honest and fair. Turns out everything was fine but the filters were clogged up. We would not hesitate to recommend complete care air to anyone in Naples looking for a reliable and honest AC company.
