Ian was amazing. We had another company come four times and they still misdiagnosed the problem. Ian had an idea of the problem and was able to confirm it with some testing and fixed it very quickly. Definitely would recommend him.

My family and I just had an excellent experience with Complete Care!! Our heater went out in our old Adobe home a few days ago. We wasted those few days on another company that left us hanging big time. Then we got recommended Ian and crew from Complete Care! He called me right away and was at my home within a half hour to take a look at our situation! A couple hours later, he and his technician had parts in hand headed to my home and we're ready to complete a furnace replacement!! They had even found quite a few issues with ducts being damaged and disconnected up in the crawlspace, which was preventing heat from entering my daughters bedroom, and causing my PG&E bill to be insanely high.

Ian explained everything clearly and transparently, and we never felt like they were taking advantage. They respected our home and showed kindness to our dogs to help them feel comfortable too while they worked in our home. That really meant a lot to us. It's those little things that really stand out in a company. By the end of their visit, my barking dogs were instead whining to hang out with these fellas while they worked!

Ian and his technician were very personable and professional, were considerate and showed great respect to our family and our home while doing the repairs. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and felt very confident and secure in their diagnosis and workmanship from start to finish.

We will be lifetime customers after this stellar experience and absolutely recommend them to all of our family and friends. So glad we found Ian and crew! Never thought when we made the call this morning we would be going to bed, warm and cozy in the same day. Good job guys, thank you so much for your care and concern. A++++++

Highly recommend Complete Care services. I needed an unexpected complete system replacement in the middle of July with temps over 100 for days. Ian was quick to respond and honest regarding timing, and explained everything clearly. He even provided a portable room ac to give my visiting grandchildren a little respite! He did the job quickly, cleanly and best of all, correctly. Inspector even pointed out all the things he did and commented 'clearly a professional'. I am confident in the work Ian did. We just had Ian at Complete Care replace our damaged AC blower motor. He is responsive, easy to communicate, knowledgeable and caring.
After he diagnosed the problem on Monday morning and scheduled to return on Thursday to do the job, he called that same day afternoon and offered to do the job at 6:30 pm. We had AC that evening!
I highly recommend Ian for any heating and AC jobs.

The blower on our furnace quit working right when we needed heat. After an unsatisfactory service from another company, I was recommended to Ian by neighbors on Nextdoor. Ian was able to come out on a Saturday morning and to troubleshoot the problem very quickly. The needed part was obtained and installed the following Monday at 2/3 the price and 2 weeks earlier than quoted by the other company. In addition, Ian did not try to sell me a new system before even looking into the broken furnace.

I really appreciated the customer service that Ian provided, and he will be my go-to guy going forward, especially as I plan for a system replacement in the spring. Thanks, Ian and company! Great job!

Our furnace went out a couple of weeks ago and we got 2 other quotes/opinions that were polar opposites, which naturally made me skeptical. Ian and his team were on time, very professional, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and communicated every step of the way. He was able to secure parts and provide a quote the same day as the diagnostics and even made room on the books for repairs for the following day. My only regret is that I didn't contact him sooner. We will be lifelong customers and will continue to refer him to our family and friends.

Ian came out promptly. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my immediate issue. He then figured out why I have had various issues with condensers freezing, fuses blowing and shorts. He took the time to figure out why these things were happening and looked at the system as a whole. Smart, thoughtful professional whom I would not hesitate to recommend.

I can speak highly enough about Ian & Complete Care! We had Ian replace some of the ducting under our house, which he took care of quickly and efficiently. He is honest & detailed, which is not something I have experienced with other HVAC companies in the past, and he does not try to sell you something you don't need - how refreshing! Also, he knew we were expecting a baby and he brought over extra diapers he didn't need from his little one - can't say other companies have done anything like that for me before.
