My heart sank when my computer suddenly died and my business, completely carried out online, ground to an instant halt. I had driven by the Computer Corner for several months and decided to give it a try. Terry did a quick intake once-over and offered a "rush service" for a small fee when I explained that I was out of business without my machine. Within the afternoon, I had a diagnosis and a recommendation for a replacement. By the end of the next afternoon, Terry had me up and running. He had been able to salvage my hard drive and additional data drive and had swapped out my video card, which was better than the one already installed on the new computer. He had tested all the drivers so when I booted up the machine, everything worked as before. This machine is faster than the one it replaced, and the charges were very reasonable. In fact, the final price was less than Terry had originally quoted. I couldn't be happier, and I've learned my lesson about having a backup and will be returning to have Terry build me a new machine. As a businessman myself, I was very pleased with the service I received, and the professionalism Terry exhibited. I have only the highest recommendation for this outstanding, local business.

BUYER BEWARE. Don't get your stuff here. He says there's a warranty but as soon as you leave the store there is none. It only lasts when you're in the store. If you need to return something he gives you 1/3rd of what you paid for it and charges a 15 percent restocking fee. He charges 4 times what you can pay online. Any trades and he only gives you 10% of what the item's worth, and turns around and charges full price for the items. If you have to order something he charges what he calls a "convenience fee" of 20 bucks on top of the actual price. You go in there thinking you have a deal and within a week you find out it's not such a deal. If you ask if something can run something he usually replies with "it should" and you find out it doesn't you're SOL. You end up losing 2/3rds of something that doesn't work and he charges the restocking fee on top of that. The computers don't have the factory OSes, he puts in a smaller HDD and still charges you retail. Who puts an 80 gig in a 4th gen i7 with 4 GB of ram for 500 bucks? Big scam. Steer clear of this place. Not worth your time, money, or business. I had a bad experience here ! I took my computer to Computer Corner when the hard drive went bad. Paid to have hard drive replaced, Windows program installed & all my files/photos transferred from old hard drive to new one. After I got home, I couldn't find my files. I called the store & was told where to find them. I still couldn't find them & took computer back to the store. The guy seemed puzzled when he couldn't find them either. I waited for them to be transferred over to my computer. (luckily he still had my old hard drive- I took it with me this time). Months later, my computer wouldn't do anything. I took it back thinking he would take care of it since he'd just worked on it recently. He hooked it up & said the hard drive was wiped clean & that he figured a recent storm probably did it. I told him I had it plugged into a surge protector. He said those don't always work. He said he could work on the computer for me at a discounted rate. I wasn't happy with anything he'd done thus far, why would I give him more money ? No thanks, I won't be back !

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, We try to make every service as perfect as possible. We give all services a 30 day guarantee and always offer discounts for additional work after that. We are always here to help but cannot control what a computer does when we don,t have it in our care.
