I contacted Computers Reborn to address a keyboard and battery issue on my old laptop. "John" responded to my inquiry quickly with good advice and some suggestions. He could have taken my repair but instead suggested other options that in the long run were more cost efficient and made more sense for me but, made zero money for him. I really appreciated his honesty. I will return there in the future when I have a repairable issue.

I came in and met John and immediately it was like talking to a friend. I would've been an easy buck for any PC repair service but he saw that and instead of charging me, advised me on how to best proceed in which only then, should I need help to come back. Lo and behold, problem solved and I am extremely satisfied with my PC!

My desktop was shot as of late yesterday. Called John at computers reborn this morning. He was super helpful and friendly and took me in right away . Brought my desktop in he trouble shooted it and also took me step by step to show me what all was going on. Took care of me and never felt haggled at all. And also sent me everything I needed to take care of my simple problem. Service and value were phenomenal if you need any computer, gaming fixing needs go see John

Called one morning with some simple questions, John told me to bring in my computer and he would check it, NO CHARGE. Checked it and told me she was fine, not to get rid of and use until no longer able. How is that for honesty?? So impressed I brought in a 1999 Gateway PC that I wanted the pics from, John again came to the rescue to find them using an older OS he has. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of his services, thank you John for your honesty and your professionalism, it means a lot to me. I urged anyone in the upstate to come and see an honest business man if you need repair to your computer.

I have used Computers Reborn several times and have always been extremely pleased! The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking honest and dependable work at a reasonable and fair price!

i just moved into the west side of Spartanburg and had no clue who to contact to get my home system set up again. my greenville contact had moved to Cal so i took a chance and called CR which was close to my house. What a lucky call! John managed to squeeze me in the same day. Extremely knowledgable, personable and efficient he made me less stressed with the process.
His fee was very reasonable. i had the impression he works with larger cients and contracts but i felt i got high class service as well. it was a pleasure to meet a true professional and i will be calling him for future projects!

John was on a service call when I first showed up. I will definitely call before I just drop by next time. I came back when he was available with a laptop that I was pretty sure was going to be DOA. John invited me to stay while he took a look at it, and he opened it up immediately. He confirmed death for me, and we had a great conversation while he did it. While he could have gotten parts for me to make a repair, he suggested that it would cost would be a comparable price if I buy a replacement online, found the replacement for me, and texted me a picture of the print out after I forgot it in his office. He also gave me some ideas on how to make a few bucks off of my new paperweight. He spent an hour on my computer, and his pricing was VERY reasonable. Computers Reborn will be my first call the next time I need help with computer problems, and the first place I suggest to anyone else for the same. Thanks, John!
