Concord Auto Protect

Been a customer on Concord Auto Protect for 3 years already. My car needed two repairs over the years and both were covered by them. I can not complain about anything because the plan did its job. The agent was kind and helpful with me.

This is an update to my original review.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is staffed with liars and thieves!
I sold my car that I had a contract on with Concord on Jan 8th 2024.
I notified Concord that I would like a refund of the remaining amount on my contract and was told that I was due 1450.00$
Here it is today, April 2nd ,2024 and all I have received is lies and deflections and being ignored. I have talked to the owner Michael Solomon and been told that I "am in the que", whatever that is supposed to mean. I am not told where I am on the list or when an expectation of the refund is expected.

Run , don't walk away from this terrible company.

The worst warranty company.

The first incident my starter went out and had to get the car towed to the dealership. They wanted to replace my car with an aftermarket part and I told them I want OEM. Long story short I ended up paying 70% of the bill and they paid 700$. I then wrote them a review on google, giving them a one star.

The next day I get a call from the dealership and said they were withholding the money because of my one star review. They told me to take it down for the to release the payment. (Illegal). All their 5 star reviews from from them and are fake.

Next incident my water pump went out and they never responded by to me and completely ignored me. I pay for the repair out of pocket.

They scammed my out of $3K. Please warn others and complain on BBB and trust pilot. Contact your state attorney general because its a consumer rights issue now.

They bribed me to take down my review and failed to fix my car as promised.

My first repair was a six hour labor job, rack and pinoin.  It wasn't finished for five weeks due to Concord.  Second repair, alternator. Took two weeks without my car.. Third repair, the alternator they sent failed.  It sitting in the dealership for the past eight plus weeks, and they still won't let the dealer fix it. The part hasn't arrived yet, 8 weeks so far. I'm still waiting for parts from Concord.  They seem to always buy the cheapest parts available. Buy the way, I told them what the problem was. As I was an ASE Certified Master Auto Technician, they had me pay the dealer to diagnose it anyway. They didn't believe me. They don't care about their customer's needs. Every time I call, they put me back on hold and hang up on me. It's not worth buying insurance from this company.

Happy with the warranty plan and they covered my transmission problem I had. Well worth the cost and would recommend them to others. The price was great and fair.

If you can give no stars I would, do not buy this I have one now and they told me to take my car to Pepboys to get the problem fixed. I did and they told me on April 3, 2024 that the part was ordered and would be on it's way. Its April the 22 now still no part and I can't reach them at all I have emailed them and no response at all. Now I have to pay pepboys money for the diagnostic they did on my car even though it never got fixed. I don't know maybe pep boys is in on it but I paid Pepboys 145.00 for nothing and paid Concord Auto Protect 1950.00 for a policy that is a scam. the email address for my adjuster is abrenner@concordautoprotect.com and I have emailed him 7 times still no response and if you call they say he doesn't have a phone and they hang up on you.

Bought a great policy from them. The price was right and the quality of the warranty was fair. I would recommend to friends and family that need a car warranty company. The agent got me a fair deal and it covered plenty of items for me.

This is an update on Concord auto protect. My claim which would have been covered by other Auto warranty companies was denied coverage. Mr Michael Solomon who stated after several months of calling them weekly and often daily contact calls. Mr Solomon made himself a liar AS MY CLAIM NOW HAS BEEN DENIED. If you are considering A warrantee company PLEASE PLEASE CHECK WITH SEVERAL MECHANICS TO CONFIRM THEY WILL EVEN ACCEPT ANY AUTO WARRANTEE COMPANIES. CONCORD AUTO PROTECT IS A SCAM;

Absolute ripoff company !!. Refused to pay a transmission claim.Apealed their refusal to the Mediator as stated in contract. Concord refused to reply and go into mediation. In fact the mediation company does not even do business with Concord. I sued in small claims court. Concord refused to show up and I was awarded a judgement against them. Am continuing following all legal remedies against this company. Do NOT do business with them . They are a scam company. Brenda C.

This place is a scam. They will not deny our claim, because they know it's within the correct guidelines but will not pay to fix the car. We are contacting our lawyers immediately on this matter. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They know they are playing games going back and forth for almost 4 weeks with no result. I can't believe a business could play this many games and think they can get away with it. DO NOT give your money to this business.
