Cooks Appliance Service

I would like to thank Ashley for all of her help. She was wonderful to talk with and troubleshoot my dryer issue. A new dryer vent and it's working just fine. I was able to save on a service call.

I spoke with Ray at cooks applicable who lied and told me that my schedule with whirlpool was invalid and that he would schedule me for Thursday instead of Wednesday but he couldn't give me a definite time. I called back this morning and spoke with someone who claims they are the district manager that advised me that I don't have an appointment for today. He transferred the call back to Ray. Ray basically told me I was lying about my appointment and that he didn't tell me I had an appointment today. after I advised that I have the call recorded, he back tracked and said I told you I couldn't give you a definite time so you don't have an appointment. Ray then went on to say that he doesn't have a technician today and that he can get someone out tomorrow and when I asked for a time he said his computer is running slow and when he get a time he'd call back Ray hung up the phone in my face. This is a very unprofessional company! I did the correct thing by calling to confirm my initial appointment only to be mistreated via telephone. I refuse to believe that I'm the only person that this has happened to!

Called Cook's yesterday for service on a Sub Zero refrigerator. The representative I spoke with was very cordial and told me the price for the service call. He then scheduled a technician (Tim) to come to my home today and that he would call me between 9:00 and 11:00 to let me know exactly when he would arrive. He called at 11:00 and was leaving to come to my house. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and then made the repair. Tim was very professional and friendly. I can not say enough about this company and the employees I worked with. One of the best service experiences I have ever had!!
