This place is a lifesaver!! This Party place has saved me multiple times now. I've ordered a banner and sparklers online that broke the day before a wedding I was having. As I panicked,I found this place and they had all the items I needed last minute. Fast forward to this past weekend I had a gender reveal and the confetti canons I ordered online were wrong! So I came to this place 30min before the party and they had the correct Confetti canons for the party. I definitely recommend this place. All the employees are nice. It's now my go to party place

This place is awesome! I was looking for a few party items and party City was a bit too far for me . I was told about this place and headed straight there . It has everything party city does plus it's cheaper! The workers there were very nice and took time out to help me find a few items which I really appreciate . Honestly if your ever in need of party items and around the spring place Cool Kat is your place !

Cool Kats did an amazing job! They even delivered it to us after my daughter went to sleep so it could be a surprise the morning of her birthday. Great communication, family owned company.

I have gone to the store a few times and the owner is rude and very unwelcoming. Although I feel prices are a bit high I like that they have lots to chose from but I always leave telling myself I will never come back to the place again.

Not really happy with this place. They have a great selection of items for many many occasions, HOWEVER, the customer service is on the opposite end of the spectrum. The last time I visited this store I was greeted upon entering. I was looking for military costume items. I searched the store no less than 30 minutes, walking by one gentleman SEVERAL times. He never acknowledged me or offered to assist me. Once I finally figured out where some of the items that I needed were located, I proceeded to the counter where I was checked out by a very friendly gentleman. Today I returned to the store to return an item I had purchased. The young lady that greeted me was nice as well. The same person that walked past me previously rudely came to the front stating "store policy clearly states that costumes cannot be returned" and turned and walked away leaving me standing there. I asked another associate what that person's name was. Suse she stated. Well Suse is rude and not customer friendly. If I never return to this store, (and I probably won't) Suse is the reason. No matter how good the selection is, it's all about attitude (good or bad) that will determine if they will get my business. So long CoolKat...see you never!

Other than one (male) employee who didn't know the difference between an Academy Award statue & a Captain America shield trophy, I was VERY pleased with this store I discovered yesterday. Huge selection, very helpful staff who went above & beyond to help us. I found the exact thing I wanted.

My sisters gender reveal balloon was amazing and everything was perfect for the party. They were able to put confetti, glitter, and extra balloons into the bigger balloon for only like $30. Price was great and their service was amazing. I went a while back like a couple months ago and forgot to write the review. But their service was really to be remembered.

This is the best place for any kind of party supplies for any event. They're the best in town. Better than any of their competition. If you are doing an event, this should be your first stop. They have everything. I am a professional event planner and entertainer. I do events every single day, and this is where I shop for everything from costumes, to party favors, to balloons. They have a much better selection than any other party store I've ever seen.
They have an extremely wide selection, their prices are amazingly affordable, and the owner is extremely nice and knowledgeable. They also do amazing balloon Decor, and they're one of the first people that I recommend whenever someone says they're looking for balloon Decor. I do events for a living. So I know how stressful planning an event can be. Do yourself a favor and stop by Cool Kat and let them help you take the stress out of it. They are a one stop shop for all things fun. You can't have an event without Cool Kat.

Cool Kat Party is my go- to for party supplies! They have such a huge selection, a large variety to choose from- more than I ever find in other party supply stores. This is the place to go when you don't really know where to start. Just browsing the aisles will show you all of the possibilities you can go with for your event.
Their prices are very good, less expensive than national chain stores. Their service has always been top notch. The owner and staff are helpful, patient, and creative. You can count on them to have your balloon order ready when you need it. You can count on being treated well. This store appreciates their customers and take pride in their work.
