The place is very very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly, specially the manager.
When they first open they had a ton of discounts and promos. You can sign in for a point system and they send you friendly reminders.
Full bar! Which is very nice.
Sometimes, the technicians are not very good at following directions. I had one guys that literally switched me to a different chair, and told my daughter he doesn't like to help older people. Haven't seen him in a while.
If they are really busy, which is often, they tent to rush and not do a very good job. But when it's not busy they do really great

I won't give this place one star only because the simple fact they did an OK job on my toes, but my nails were literally thicker than bricks. When I went to go get them fixed they wanted to charge me $15 just to take them off.

Had close to $200 worth of services that I made an appointment for. I waited over a half an hour. No one came to show me colors or to start my pedicure. I am not waiting around for someone to get to me if I make an appointment ahead of time.

Awful. i had an appointment and i waited 2 hours for no one to do my nails. said they were too busy.

It's hit or miss. The last time I went, I was charged for an entire manicure with my full set but only got a cuticle trim- no oil or massage..then she cut me 3x. My nail was bleeding out and she kept filing. so unsanitary. The ombre was excellent

Worst place to get a pedicure I won't be going back (2 weeks after coming to this place my nails started to turn brown I when go another nails salon and they told

I will not go here again, I will not recommend them as well. I went to the nail salon for a pedicure and full set. I arrived 12pm left at 3pm!!! I sat at the pedicure chair waiting for 40 minutes, he did an awesome job on my pedicure but once he finished I waited again for my nails. They say me with Kim and horrible service! She had to ask what powder to use for my nails, and cut my cuticle! And to top it off the image I showed her what I wanted my nails look like my 7 year old painted them!! Just look at the images I added the image on how I wanted them and I added the image on how they came out! Like come on if you don't know how then pass your customer to someone who can!! I would not be going back. I will be buying my own acrylic set to do at home for now on!

Wish I could give this place a good review but absolutely not. Two of my nails have fallen off, hasn't even been a week. Owner refuses to refund me after I spent 103$ for the nails says I'll only fix
The ones broken. When all of them look like they are lifting an I hate that I didn't just wait for my normal nail tech to be free. Do not come here go to someone else

The best nail salon in san antonio' it is so hard to come by a good nail salon now a day where the staff isn't trying to rush and speed through your service and ends up doing a sloppy job. at mail mail lounge they take their time and always accommodate every need i ask. very professional and clean. will only come here for my pedicure and no where else. highly recommend.
