Cozy Nails Spa

My regular place wasn't open and i needed a mani pedi. This was farther from me but the places near me had awful reviews.
There were 3 people working.. man, woman and young guy. I wpndered if it was a family operation. The young guy did my feet and he was fantastic. Very gentle. Usually pedis hurt a bit since i Usually on verge of ingrown toenail. This guy did the usual but was so careful. Might have found a new fav place.
The lady did my mani. She was also good but not as gentle. Plus she totally cuticle shamed me. She fussed at me about my cuticle and pointed out the cuticle remains on her towel. Lol never been fussed at in a manicure.

I just moved to Monroe and wanted to try the nail salons. This was the first one I went to and I wasn't very impressed. It is small and everyone was in close quarters. I got SNS with tips, the nails aren't even in length or thickness. The woman who did my nails touched them before they were dry but didn't put a new top coat so I've had her thumbprint on my nail for the past two weeks. $55 wasted in my opinion. Only got two stars for their convenient location next to Kroger.

I was very pleased with the service and staff that I am happy to say I no longer visit any other salons. I go in every 2 weeks and have been helped very quickly, offered something to drink (bottle water) and never had to wait more than 5mins. There is Always a few new colors added to their huge collection of polish, the prices are amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, if your looking for affordable adorable pampering this is the place for you. Wish I'd gotten the name of the man who gave me a fresh full set last night. Went in at the last minute but felt Very welcomed and he didn't rush thru the service, I told him the length and shape at the very beginning and provided exactly what I had asked for. See y'all in 2 weeks, maybe sooner

Cozy Nails Spa was a hidden treasure. It is super close to the Monroe outlet mall. My friend and I stopped by because we wanted to get our nails done during our girls day trip. Since I have never been there and reviews were mixed, I was unsure of how the service would be. Everyone was very polite, timely, and personable. My nails turned out beautifully and was very pleased with the attention to detail done. When leaving it was pouring down rain and they even offered us to take an umbrella. I would highly recommend.

I haven't been to Cozy for a year or two due to the service being slow and understaffed. However I do like to support my local shops so I gave them another try. I walked away disappointed again, hopefully they can get it together!

Staff was nice. But my nails looked. Cheap and thick. Within 1 week they were off and I had dip powder. I've had my nails done many times and never had my nails pop just due to regular activity after 1 week. Sad and a waste of money

made an appointment there for a full set and pedicure when I was done with my pedicure I had to wait 2 hours just for them to tell me I have to come back Monday so they can do my nails 2 HOURS and one of the nail techs was about to start on my nails then told me to go to another person so they could do it and the other nail tech was already doing someone's nails at the moment so i waited and then they told me I couldn't be able to get my nails done Im pissed off right now because of it

I absolutely love Maria! Not only does she do great nails, but she is the absolute best nail tech I have ever been to. I am so comfortable and relaxed with her I find myself falling asleep in her chair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Maria at Cozy Nails!

I visit my cousin several times a year. We decided to get pedicures while I was in town. We went to this salon because it has good reviews and we were not at all disappointed! The nail techs are so kind, courteous and make sure you are satisfied with the job they do. Excellent pedicure. This will be our goto salon from now on! I might add, I have SNS nails, and it is hard to find a salon out of town that does this. They do! It's great to know if I need my nails done while I am here, they can fix me up!

I will return! I've read the mixed reviews, but I'm one of those people who has to find things out for myself! I really like cozy's! Some of polish needed some refreshing and maybe a little updating is needed on their chairs. But overall it was a great visit. I was relaxed and felt very pampered when I got my deluxe pedi done. Definitely will be going back.
