Do not hire CR Plumbing for any god damn reason. IF you absolutely have to hire them, do yourself a favor and make sure to get their quote in writing.

Chris the owner gave us a quote of $2200 to install copper hot and cold pipes in our building, we are a 50 unit building and considering this was their first job we asked him if he can give us a small discount after speaking to the owner Chris about the price he said he will give us a small discount of $100 which was fine. He didn't however tell us that he was going to use PEX as opposed to COPPER. Pex is a lot cheaper its about half the price as copper.

Never Again !

Had a simple plumbing issue. The plumber came and was able to make quick assessment. Unfortunately, parts were needed so a return visit was scheduled. The staff never showed for the appointment and no effort was made to contact the customer to reschedule. Very unresponsive and was unapologetic when the plumber eventually came back 2 weeks later to finish the job. Sadly, with the shortage in skilled workers, the company doesn't seem to care about providing poor customer service, since that doesn't impact business for them at all. Good luck for those deciding to use CR Plumbing.

Chris did a hack job on our plumbing and admitted to signing off on stuff around our house, which was a flip, that was not done correctly. He still charged us to fix this stuff but said he gave us a discount. He also did my sewer line and my neighbors and used the wrong liner (4" in a 6" pipe). I have called him at least a dozen times and left voicemails but no pickup or call back. I am contacting the licensing board to try to have his plumbing licence revoked.

I've been using CR plumbing for over 15 years because he is honest, reliable and cares about his work. He's been to my father and sister's houses as well. We've had hydrojetting, rooted and re-plumbing jobs and we've always been satisfied. I highly recommend CR to anyone in need of a trustworthy plumber.

I've been very happy with CR Plumbing. Chris is skilled, honest, reliable, friendly, and responsive, from small jobs in our unit to hydro jetting our building to dealing with emergencies in the middle of the night. I'd have no hesitation calling him again.

Chris is NOT good. Do not go with this guy . A job that would coast $39.99, to fix, he asked for $250 ! Worse ever

I have been working closely with CR Plumbing for over 8 years. I am a local property manager and I often have leaks in the middle of the night, on weekends and on Holidays and these guys never fail to respond. When other plumbers decline to go, these guys are usually there within the hour. They have also done major drain cleaning and hydro jetting jobs for me at big and small condominiums, as well as Repiping jobs and main line replacements. These guys do it all. Their pricing is always fair and their knowledge and problem solving cannot be beat.

Had a major clog in my sink after my roommate decided to throw chicken bones in the garbage disposal. What a move! Well the massive amount of chicken leftovers decided they were going to not only clog the drain, but break the disposal unit too.

After searching online and asking friends for a good plumber, my coworker recommended CR Plumbing. He said a pipe in his bathroom burst around 10pm and CR Plumbing came out immediately, and the fix was as good as new.

Sure enough I listened to my friend and could not be happier! Their website allowed me to schedule an appointment around mine and my roommates busy schedules. The plumber who showed up was prompt and best of all, knew what he was talking about which is a relief when you have no idea of the subject. They ordered my new parts and had the sink fixed in no time. From here on out I will only recommend CR Plumbing to friends and family. Would definitely use their service again!!!
