Every time I have come into Dr. Arive's office, I have felt respected, heard, and understood. Every staff member makes it a priority to make your time at the office the best experience possible. I have always hated going to the dentist, but since I have been connected with Dr. Arive, that has gone away. He is always gentle, thoughtful, and kind in every verbal exchange and while he is working on my teeth. He really should be the standard for all dentists - an expert in his field and just genuinely a nice provider. Would highly recommend!

Dr Arive bought the practice of my previous dentist who retired and who was my dentist for decades.
I made several appointments with Dr Arive but was very disappointed with my experiences at this office. I encountered a number of temporary office staff who were definitely lacking in skill and dedication. No one in the office ever introduced themselves or wore a name tag so It was difficult to determine who they were and what their role was in the office. For some reason even though I have dental insurance, very little of the work done was covered even though this had not been the case with my previous dentist. Patients were charged a whopping $20 PPE charge per visit on top of already very expensive dental charges. Dr Arive was probably a satisfactory dentist but the office was run so poorly I sought dental care elsewhere.

Exceedingly painful exam and cleaning. His hygenist, working alone trying to anesthetize me, caused the worst pain of my life. I walked out and have not heard back from anyone at the practice. My mouth is still sore a week later from the injections. The initial exam with the dentist was also needlessly painful. Needless to say, I will be finding a new provider.

Had a great experience here with Dr. Heritier and his staff- Carla & Ellie. I got braces and he did my cleanings. The office ran on time, they were always friendly and he took down the overall estimate/cost when the time I had my braces on was reduced. I had a great dentist before coming here but have decided to switch. Very happy - thank you to he and his staff.
