The Crop Shop isn't really The Crop Shop at all! It's the Crop Shop without the capital 'T', meaning that there is no 'the' in the title at all! This is important. The Crop Shop that I am talking about is the barbers on Albany Road, and is nothing to do with the small chain of barbers that operate elsewhere in the Cardiff area. Namely, The Crop Shop, with a capital 'T', meaning that the 'The' is very much a part of their name! Geddit?
Our Crop Shop is an extremely popular, reasonably priced, old fashion barber that always has a queue of people waiting. I wish that women had the feminine equivalent, as I would almost certainly use them. In fact, I used to occasionally go to a barber in Totnes, when I used to live in Devon. I had short hair back then, and so it made sense. I also used to go to the barbers when I lived in India as hair salons were hard to come by. With all the women wearing their hair down to their knees, apart from in the major cities, where the woman have opted to become ever so modern Millie's, there isn't much call for hairdressing elsewhere in this vast country.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
