This is my always nail salon! It is amazing! It is a cozy comfortable salon, with super nice staff and super affordable prices! I come here all the time and have never had a problem!

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Here is what i liked: open doors which allowed door flow. A lot of technicians and a lot of space. Good massage chairs. Good selection of colors. My tech was very good though very quiet. Overall def will come back!!

Manicure looks great and pricing was amazing. You cannot find better prices on the upper East side.
Manicurist was nice and the shop was very clean. Only complaint is they filed my pinky finger so hard that it started bleeding. He really rubbed the skin even though I was pulling away.

Took much more money than it was said. No sterilization! Manicure and pedicure could do better!

I came here because my usual spot, Forever Beauty Nail, was closed. I came in hoping to get a dip powder manicure, but they said no one could do it. So, I opted to just get a regular gel manicure.

Two days later, my polish all came off...

This was terrible and a waste of money. Never again!

(Also cuticles were poorly done)

I live a block away from Crystal Nails so they are my go-to in the area. All of the technicians are absolutely lovely and professional. The owner is the sweetest woman and always willing to help wherever needed! Really enjoy talking with her. That aside, I typically get my gel manicure done every two weeks and pedicure about once a month. Prices are super reasonable, I get the gel mani/regular pedi special for $50 (plus tip!).

Also, I usually opt for a quick 10 minute massage while I wait for the old polish to soak and come off. They always give great massages! I have been coming here twice a month for the last year and cannot say enough about this place!

This place was horrifying. The lady was so rough with my pedicure it wasn't even an enjoyable experience. I told her I was in rush and she continued to seep the floor for 15 minutes before starting my pedicure. So over priced for horrible service do not come here

Overpriced and basic service . I honestly could have done a better job myself. I paid over 90$ for a mani /pedi eyebrow wax and lash tint ... I don't mind to pay but literally nothing looks different from when I came in . My brows have no shape my nails look messy and they did not clean any of my cuticles well. I spent almost 3 hours in the shop and it wasn't even busy . The lady blatantly asked me to put a tip on my card. The one guy that I seen working there was very nice though that's about it.

Save your money there are nicer places in the area.
