My insurance premiums keep getting cheaper and cheaper since I wrote the first review.

My insurance agent, Dan, has been impeccably helpful. Frankly, all three staff members are courteous and willing to help any customer(s) as much as possible.

This is the place to come to find the lowest rates and receive genuine help.

By the way, Unitrin is now Kemper Specialty.

never write a review , but unfortunately spoke with Mary at this office who was completely rude, was asking questions about my policy changes and was told that it was mailed to me and i probably didn't read it, i asked her not to be rude and that she's the professional here that has all the information to which she laughed at me. Very dismissive , not helpful, attempted to contact mercury insurance but because they are third party vendors nothing can be done. so continue working with joanne , but i recommend staying clear of Mary

I got my workers compensation and business insurance here. It ROCKED. Everyone that works here is so cool and funny. I look forward to coming to the office to see them because they are more like friends than insurance agents. Do yourself a favor and walk, don't run to CSS. KEEP ON ROCKING CSS!! Beep beep!

I walked in to this whole in the wall place looking for an auto quote. The office is cozy, I was greeted right away by Dan & Joanne. They go above and beyond here for you. Attention to detail is on point as well. Looks like they do a variety of insurance besides auto. Homeowners, General Liability, Workers Comp, Bonds, I also over heard someone getting help with their truckers license paperwork. I'd loved the vibe here. Everyone is professional and they make sure you've taken care of everything before you leave. 5 stars from me!

I highly recomend this company. I needed a surety bond for a used car purchase and they were able to do this for me very quickly and hastle free. I found them to be very honest and straight foward. I was in and out of their office in 15 minutes. Great service!

this family run office was a welcome oasis for this girl with a dui. there are easy going and non-judgemental. next door to dmv- made my life easy.
