She is able to help with even the most acute requests no matter if they are obscure, and she does so without hesitation. I asked for her assistance and knowledge on shrubbery and how to make improvements and she delivered. She answered the phone, there was no machine, and was out within a few hours to offer her services. It is hard to find businesses with a high regard for customer service and who are genuinely passionate about their profession, and she delivered on both accounts.
