We got our beautiful pool- Great company- great results!
We decided to build our pool after extensive research and quoting with multiple companies. It is probably one of our home projects that required a lot of involvement, patience and constant follow up. Custom Pools stood out as the one with fair pricing, clear process and honestly, great reviews like the one I am making. Those were the reasons we selected them. I give them 5 stars because they delivered a beautiful pool and took care of all issues that came up. So let me tell you about the process. Their sales guys- Hugo- was personable and accommodating, he was the one that basically dealt with us throughout, and probably got tired of us because we called him a lot, and I mean a lot! Once we signed the contract and paid the deposit, it took several weeks for permitting, some delays were due to the company not filing right away because their guy was out and the City took their sweet time. Once they got permits, they moved very expeditiously. Only delays worth mentioning were more towards the end with decking and final inspections but once these were overcome, the project was on its way to completion. We had a punch list of issues that came up during the project but they took care of those and by the end all was to satisfaction. We started in February signing the contract, the actual construction of the pool started in June and we finished in September. So I would say it was a fair timeframe. We never met the owner during construction, however, at the end, we wanted to have a pool party to celebrate our Daughter's 12th b'day and it had to be postponed one week due to weather and a few remaining items. I called the company and got Dago- the owner-, who took care of business and did his best to ensure the pool was ready, clean and fantastic to have the party on the rescheduled day. So in other words, they came through and we wrapped it up with a bow! I would certainly recommend them. I would just advise that you must be on top of the project and act as a project manager to ensure things get moving at a good pace. These guys are great, just keep in mind, they have other projects running simultaneously and work with teams of subs as any other pool builder. Everyone was nice and did a great job!

Highly recommend Custom Pools! They did our pool 6 years ago and they were excellent to work with. They pay attention to every detail and work with you to ensure you get the pool you will love for years to come!

I stopped by the office asking about pool pump repairs. Sent couple of emails with photos of project. Never heard back. It would have been ok if they told me they couldn't do it, but no response is just discourteous. Custom Pools built our pool 25 years ago and did a great job, but that was under the original owner.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to build a pool to look no further than Custom Pools. From day 1, Hugo and Dago worked with me and my family to land on a design we liked, patiently working with us as our design evolved over time, pricing different options and never pressuring us to go one way or the other (in fact, I liked the fact that they only required a very small deposit to sign the contract as opposed to the 20% or more than other companies were asking for). Ultimately the pool came out exactly how we wanted it (our design was quite custom, with several benches, a spa and a curved beach area with a bubbler, water slide with water hookup and it also required removing an existing pool) and we could not be happier. We hear horror stories often about pools taking forever to be finished. Custom Pools started on time, worked with large and experienced crews that got the job done quickly and professionally and they were able to finish the pool right on schedule--about 3 months from ground breaking to plastered. It was never more than a few days before the crew for the next phase was at our house (and Rick stopping by almost every day to check on progress). Along the process, we referred often to the project timeline and progress tracker that Custom Pools makes available through its web portal or, if we had any questions, we always got an answer from Hugo in a few hours. Our shellstone patio and deck with large pavers came out amazing as well. As with any construction project, there will always be hiccups but, when one was encountered (really there were not that many), the team, including Dago, were here quickly to resolve it. Again, if you are looking for a custom pool from a reputable company, look no further. Pricing was competitive and the work top notch. Dago, Hugo, Stephanie and team: thank you from the Endre family! Called these people to get a quote for my house in Parkland. Didnt want to come out and claimed they dont operate in Broward. Little do you know, they are building our community's swimming pool in PARKLAND.
They are only interested in robbing your HOA/builder, not servicing you.

From the beginning with the planning and design stages, and through the construction, and final finishing stage Custom Pool did an outstanding job. Professional, respectful of my personal vision of the project, as well as responsiveness to each stage everyone involved was great. If I could give Custom Pools 11 stars I would! Before beginning the process of pool building, my husband and I researched and inquired with close to 15 Miami pool companies. Once we narrowed it down to 4 South Florida companies, we met with them individually and asked everything from A-Z. While the questions continued via email and telephone, several people seemed too busy to be bothered. We are investing thousands and wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into. With Custom Pools, every single thing was answered and explained by the owner himself. There aren't enough great things I can say about this company and about Dago, the owner. The quote was straightforward, options were amazing, and communication was spectacular. Dago made himself available 24-7 and we were so impressed by his professionalism and the skill of his building team. From start to finish, our pool build took less than 3 months. Not only was the work done well but the crew was kind, honest, cleaned up every day and overall so pleasant to have around. One of the most impressive events was when the crew was digging the hole and hit the sewer pipe which we had told them was somewhere else. Within 2 hours, Dago had a plumbing company replacing everything. If you are considering building a pool, I highly encourage you to do your research and hire Custom Pools; I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I've already done all the research for you, Custom Pools is the VERY BEST. As a well-traveled, lifetime pool fanatic I find myself frequently telling my partner "WOW! We truly have the best pool I've ever been in, there's nothing I would change or add." What a feeling. The owner, "Dago", with great listening, patience, creativity, and care helped us to realize our dream pool design from the creation of our property + pool in a 3D graphic/video representation to very finishing touches including a custom mixed plaster. We felt confident in the detailed and accommodating team. Our Project Manager Rich came to the house for frequent site visits to manage the crew, answer our questions and keep us informed. Moises, our Electrician, was very knowledgeable and assisted us beyond the completion of the project till we were comfortable with all components. Plans and permits were miraculously instant with no stress all thanks to Maria. Stephanie, Customer Service helped make for smooth transactions. Beyond service, the pool's heater/cooler is INCREDIBLE, the pool vacuum makes for easy maintenance. If these guys recommend it, go with it! LOOK NO FURTHER, CUSTOM POOLS IS THE BEST.
