I decided to get my cleaning done with them, and they said they needed to do a consultation first. So, I agreed, and when the dentist came, she immediately told me I needed braces for two teeth. I was in shock when she said this to me because never in my life have I been told I need braces. On the contrary, people have asked me if I've had braces before because my teeth are so straight.

I responded by saying no, I would not like braces. I asked if there was anything else I could do, and I brought up using a retainer at night. The dentist said yes but with such an attitude. It left me with a bad impression of her, and I decided to go to a different dentist.

This dental corporation some how was able to inherit all of the 5 star reviews that Dr. Woods DDS earned. Cypress Family Dental is not the same. They are a scam. I finally stopped going to them because of all the red flags.

1. Under Dr. Woods I never had cavities or problems with my teeth. All of a sudden, he retires and sells the practice and now I have 4+ cavities every visit + more work they suggest I have done. $$$$$
2. Every time you walk into the building, it is all new staff and a new Dentist.
3. Every Dentist that spoke to me told me about an assortment of issues I had. Neither of their recommendations were the same. one said I had bone loss. one never mentioned that but said I needed braces (which I have had braces already...)

I finally found a new dentist that is a Private Practice. They did an exam and after their findings (which was nothing.. not even a cavitiy) I showed them the print outs that I've received from Cypress Family Dental where they said I had 6 and needed all this work done and a deep cleaning. I didn't tell them that info up front, just to make sure I got a valid 2nd opinion. Trust your gut because all of the 1 star reviews on here would agree. Don't come here unless you want to ruin your teeth and pay more out of pocket!

Yelp needs to look into this and not allow companies to take over reviews based on the business address.

DO NOT COME HERE! A year later and I am still in pain from fillings that were done here. I came in a week after the fillings were done with excruciating pain in my teeth to the point I couldn't eat and saw the Dentist who did the fillings. She ignored me and just argued with me about it being a different issue and had nothing to do with her (to be fair, that issue is true, but it was not the reason there was pain when pressure was applied on the filling). I called a few days later and had to argue with the receptionist to see a different dentist at the facility. The new dentist redid two of the fillings but the damage was already done and I've been in pain ever since and am terrified to ever go back to any dentist.

Also, their scheduling and ortho is a joke. The first time I came here since it the company had been bought they did a cleaning but no X-rays or dental exam. I was supposed to order new retainers and made that clear when scheduling and they scheduled me for a day the orthodontist was out and I had to wait a month to see the ortho and order. When I finally saw the ortho, she kept trying to sell me on doing another round of Invisalign molds instead of just reordering the same retainers that have always worked. Makes no sense why you get 4 years of retainers but then at year five those molds all of sudden don't work (scam).

This is another one of Doctor Tsibel's offices. All the staff at this location are professional and kind. The office is small but very clean. The doctors provide excellent care and use quality equipment. Dr. Tsibel and his staff of doctors/assistants make sure you feel comfortable and explain everything in detail. I love the care they provide for my teeth. I normally go to the Bellflower office, however, due to some repairs being conducted at that location I am going back and forth to Doctor Tsibel's other offices here in Cypress and the Long Beach office until Bellflower repairs are completed.

My experience at this dentist office was extremely DISAPPOINTING. Not only did they misdiagnose me with multiple cavities and crowns, but the pain I experienced after my appointment was unbearable. Dr. Heidi performed my fillings, but I had to go back three times and was eventually recommended a root canal. Feeling hesitant, I decided to seek a second opinion at a different office.

Thankfully, the second office was able to properly fix the filling without the need for a root canal.

I would not recommend this office to anyone. If you value your dental health, time, and money, I suggest staying far away from this place.

First time here and I will never be coming back.
DO NOT Waste your time coming here. I was here for 2 hours and only got X-rays done. Ridiculous.

Very nice office. People and doctors are friendly. They all make the experience pleasant.

This place is horrible.. I when for a procedure and now I'm on worse pain then ever.. they don't know what they doing.. that women Dr. Telling me that my crown was fine after pain thousands .. I don't think so .. going to leave that place with a crooked short and Uneven teeth for my front teeth.. wow.. horrible.. reporting this place for sure!!!!!!!! Be aware of this place !!!!!!
