Although I don't have any experience to compare to other pool companies, we have found Cypress Pool Care to be very responsive to all of our maintenance and repair needs. I have replaced virtually every component to my pool system and feel confident that we are getting good price/value.

Good diagnostic help on pool problems so I didn't waste money. Had one minor leak, but fixed it quickly without issues. Would definitely use them again.

Horrible!!! Left me hanging with a huge mess. Started a job and then just left saying they couldn't do it and I'd have to find someone else to finish it!! After I paid them half !

I left a bad review in Late July because they didn't show up after I made an appointment for a pump repair. After receiving several apologies and promises to make it up to me, come out quickly to address my problem at a discount, I agreed to remove the review. I didn't need them at the time as I was able to get the problem fixed.
Now, 3 and a half months later, I contacted Ben about another pump problem. After giving him more information, he decided he couldn't help us our for several weeks. (I told him first off that this was not urgent as it just controls the cleaner, and it's not the filter circulator). Apparently we're not close enough to make it worthwhile for him. (He never considered it could turn into more future work?) Then maybe he should change the map graphic here, because it shows us very close to the home address. And definitely within his service area.
I will never call him again. Definitely not trustworthy. I certainly will not remove this review as others should be aware of my experiences while they make decisions on who to hire.

Charges $150 for service call. Charged $300 to change out Pentair diverter, actual cost of diverter only$40 and 10 minute switch out. Also changed tax on top of $300 charge. Total rip off and overcharged and was late for appointment.
