D&M Home Inspections

We were concerned about asbestos in our home that was built in the mid 1960s so we wanted an asbestos inspection.

Mike arrived on time and was very professional to inspect the home. He explained what he would do and he answered the many questions we had (what about the roof, what about the extracting hood in the kitchen, ...).

When we received the results, Mike explained what the suggested next steps were.

A few weeks later, we had a follow up question and he did not hesitate to respond, in a very timely fashion. Very appreciated service!

I have used Mike several times now. He is absolutely one of the best inspectors in the area. My clients have been very impressed by him and his team. Definitely, give D &M a try!

I highly recommend going with Mike if you are buying a home. Mike was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. I was incredibly impressed with the inspection report he sent us, and also how fast he got it typed up. I've had to follow up with Mike a few times to get specific paperwork for our lender and he got us what we needed immediately. Great choice if you are buying a home or want to know what is going on with your current home.
