They worked on my foundation and I found every single person I came in contact with to be courteous and trustworthy. I've recommended them to everyone I know because I truly do believe you can trust them.

Justin Hise came to the house today to see if we had foundation issues. I was worried about some cracks in the sheetrock and patio. He advised I was in tolerance and gave some tips to give our foundation some TLC. A free estimate and outstanding honesty / customer service... hard to find. Give these folks a try.

September of 2015, I had foundation repairs done by another company. I was told that in the future I may need additional foundation repair due to the Texas soil. So when I saw hairline cracks form on some of my walls, I got really scared. I called Dalrock on Monday April 27, 2020 and had an appointment for April 29. Justin Hise came out to take measurements throughout the home, especially where I saw the cracks. Justin walked around the exterior of my home as well. I asked a ton of questions and he was patient with me and answered all of my concerns. Justin explained I did not have a foundation problem but a drainage issue. I was so relieved! I appreciate Justin and Dalrock for being an honest company. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you Justin for being awesome! And saving me money.

Selling my home and the buyer hired this company to inspect the foundation. After fifteen minutes the inspector reported that my home needed $4000 worth of work done. Buyer freaked and ended contract. We hired a structural engineer who spent two hours inspecting the house and concluded that no foundation problems existed! We spent $700 to be told our home was structurally sound! This company is corrupt!!!!!

I did not get any work done by Dalrock, as my house ended up being within tolerance. I appreciated how much time Dalrock's Bob Leising took to measure my house. As stated above, my house is within tolerance and doesn't require work. He walked me around the exterior of my house, and explained steps I could take to avoid needing work in the future. I can't state enough how much help Bob was, and how happy I am with Dalrock. They got no money from me, and they helped ensure they wouldn't get money from me in the near future... and this is why I will absolutely use them if I ever need work in the future.

The best type of insurance is the insurance you don't have to pay for, Jesse. I'm proud that Bob took the time to do a free consultation and help you prevent damages in the future. Keep that home safe and we'll always be here in case you need us.

This was our second experience with Dalrock Foundation as they have done some other work on our home previously. Everything from the inspection, scheduling and the actual work done was very impressive as it was the first time. It was a different team leader and crew this time around but Raul and his gang were nothing but professional. They always told us ahead of time what was going to be done. They always showed up on time and they were very respectful of us and our property. They even went above and beyond what they were supposed to do by helping my wife move some of the furniture back. Something that we were not expecting them to do. After drilling a hole in the driveway they fixed it by matching the surface with the rest of the driveway. That was a really nice touch. I don't know how many Foundation companies would do that.
Running everything behind the scenes is Donna who makes sure that everything is scheduled correctly and that everybody is where they're supposed to be and on time. I could not recommend them enough. A big thanks to Donna, Raul, Emily and the whole gang for a great job.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Jim, I know this was a while ago, but I want to thank you for your kind words. We still keep things very professional here. We will still always communicate what we're going to do before we do it. Going above and beyond is what we're proud of and we'll never stop providing the best service. If you ever need us for anything, feel free call us again.

I scheduled the appointment over the phone and answered all the questions the lady asked me. Everything got scheduled. A man comes to the house. Rings the bell, says he is on an important phone call and then informs my husband that they don't do work on houses where another company had done work. So thank you Dalrock for wasting my time, my family's time, and not doing anything. I am so confused as to what to even say because I have never been treated that way by a business before. One star only because I can't give zero or negative stars.

I'm puchasing a home and had a last minute foundation inspection needed to be done. I called Dalrock and got Jamie Welborn. He didn't have much availability for 2 weeks but managed to make room for me and took care of me the same day! He was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the details of the repair and gave advise of the options and solutions.

We had foundation work done to our house about 8 months ago. The entire staff from the engineer, inspector, finance department, scheduling department, etc. was AWESOME!! They explained everything thoroughly and completed the project on time as scheduled. They have been readily available through the whole process and even after the work was done.
Amazing customer service and work! We had to get 9 piers installed and one was right in the center of the home near the water heater and bathroom. They were able to go in and drill 8 holes and install the 9th pier from one of the other holes, which saved us LOTS of money from having to tear up the flooring, etc.

I am so shocked at the poor customer service provided by this company. We had hired Dalrock to be at our house at 8AM on a Friday morning to repair our foundation. My husband had to work until 9PM several nights that week so that he could take off on Friday to be there for the repairs - not to mention the fact that he had to jump through hoops just to get the day off. At 7AM the day of the repairs (one hour before they were supposed to show up at our house) I get a call rudely telling me that they were too busy to get to me that day and they would come out the following Monday. We never received an apology and they never requested a time to reschedule. Instead they told me what day they would show up instead despite the fact that I had previously discussed our scheduling restraints with Dalrock. After several calls, and half of my work day spent on this issue, my father agreed to drive 2 hours to be at my house for the repairs. When I called to reschedule the repairs I asked for a call from a supervisor to discuss the huge inconvenience that this caused us. It took a whole week for me to get a call back from the owner who told me that I could have "just left my garage door open" and they could do the repairs without us being home to avoid us being further inconvenienced. This, of course, isn't an option unless we wanted to be robbed by whoever happened to drive by a wide open, unattended garage!! The owner of the company then told me that they've decided to not do the repairs since I was already upset about the last minute cancelation and I'll probably get "sore" about something else. I was never rude or hateful during this entire situation; however, I did expect some kind of apology at the very least for the huge inconvenience and the inconsiderate way we were treated. We never even got an "I'm sorry" from the owner or the receptionist. The only person in this company who was kind and polite was the inspector, Jamie, and I would highly recommend that he moves to a company with a higher level of professionalism that is more suited to his skill level. Dalrock only brings him down. I absolutely would not recommend Dalrock Foundation Repair to anyone due to their inability to keep a scheduled appointment, their inability to apologize, and their extremely poor customer service.
