We can't say enough good things about working with Danielle! The entire process of listing our home for sale and then closing went smoothly. She truly is a real estate expert with extensive knowledge and experience in the South Charlotte housing market. In fact, she has had several closings in our exact neighborhood (Wilshire). Her attention to detail and her communication is stellar. She gave us helpful suggestions on clearing out items and staging our home, and even brought addition décor to ensure the entire home looked beautiful and inviting for photographs and showings. Danielle presented us with extensive research and options for the listing price of our home. She then went above and beyond the call of duty by meeting the appraiser at our home, armed with comps and detailed home and neighborhood information. The appraiser was impressed as no other agent had done that before. Our home appraised as expected and our closing went as planned with no delays.

She took the time to handle things like setting up our home inspection and going through the report with us and setting up appointments for contractors to come out and give us estimates on upgrades and repairs. She checked in often and made sure we were ahead of schedule for any tasks we needed to complete. She made home buying a fun, exciting, and stress free. We felt confident going into closing because of all of the hard work, care, and time she put in. Even now, after closing, Danielle checks in on us, provides recommendations for contractors, and follows up on any questions or concerns we have. She has truly gone above and beyond what we ever expected of a realtor. We couldn't have done this without Danielle and we would recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell!
