We were hoping for a Saturday install of our new over the range microwave and removal of old unit. Same size, different brand. Dave was quick to respond, honest, asked appropriate questions and quoted us same day reasonable pricing. Yes, same day service!

My old microwave was wedged into cabinets and needed skill to remove. Dave handled it like a true professional. Not a dent or scratch on any of my cabinets or walls. Unfortunately, when the new unit was taken out of the box, we saw the frame was dented and needed to be returned.

Dave's calm and professional manner, made an awkward and frustrating situation, painless. To help us out, he asked if I could text him when I had exchanged the unit and he would come back to install it for us; even if it was next day, a Sunday. We did and I simply texted him.

Can you believe, Dave true to his word came back on Sunday and quickly installed our new microwave. He comes prepared with his own equipment and cleans up when he's done. No damage to any of my cabinets or wall. Great job!

My husband and I were impressed with his service and calm knowledgeable attitude. Nice man who really is detailed and very handy. Pricing was acceptable too. We got ourselves a new handyman. Highly recommend!!

Can I give 10 stars? Dave answers the phone and has a CAN DO attitude, just like his business name implies. His level of communication and follow through were outstanding. He helped me get some bulky items into a customers home and she was very impressed with his professionalism.

I hired Dave to do a bathroom remodel. Tile two bathroom floors, a shower, take down the bulkhead in the shower and open up the entry into the shower area. After just two weeks , the grout was chipping out and when you walked on the floor, certain tiles, moved and creaked. Should tiles move and creak. Plus in the shower, he cut a tile two short. Imagine what that looked like!!! And he said the wall moved. No, Dave, the wall did not move, you cut the tile too short and he slapped it on the wall he installed. Who does that??? And in the niche, his corners, looked like a child had done ithem!!! I did contact Dave and told him about the grout. He said it's a curing process and he could come in 4 weeks. I couldn't live with the floor any longer, I found a tile professional, he pulled one of the tiles and the thin set or whatever he used was still wet. Imagine that??? Plus there was lippage on the floor and some tiles sounded hollow when you knocked on. Don't hire Dave to tile. He's not a tiler. I'm not sure what Dave is good at!!!????? His drywall, was sloppy, also. Dave Can??? It's Dave CANNOT!!!!

I found Dave Can on Yelp..he came with GREAT reviews and we were NOT disappointed! He was fantastic! His work was professional..reasonably priced and problem solving which is always needed with an older home! We plan to hire him again! Thank you Dave!

Dave is working on Plantation Shutters for our house. He was very helpful in picking materials to use, color and style. Dave is easy to talk with.

Called to remind me about the appointment and to confirm scope of job. Showed up on time and with mask in place. The previous electricians had installed a complex splitter instead of a remote, so Dave had to consult his resources to uninstall that and bypass the wall switch for this fan that had a remote but no switch wiring. The job took a little longer than I anticipated but was completed handily. Dave cleaned up the site and did not charge extra for the unexpected wiring issue. Will hire again.

Dave called to confirm our appointment and let me know that he was behind because of extra time he needed for another job. That showed respect for my time and was much appreciated. He then arrived on time at the new designated hour. The job was for a sound bar mounting, dryer vent cleaning, and entry door weather strip installation. He was personable, professional, efficient, and did excellent work; but his honesty, in letting me know that I did not need the dryer vent cleaning at this time, was what sealed the deal for him to be my go to guy for future projects.

We recently acquired a home through probate that needed a full clean out and haul away. We live in San Diego but the house was in Venice, FL. Dave did an AMAZING job! He took out all the furniture, pulled out all the very old carpet, etc. He was quick, efficient, and spotlessly clean. He was terrific in answering questions and making recommendations. I would definitely use his services again.
