DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Dave the owner is running a temp agency and does not let his employees know. He hires people for 2 or 3 days and when the job is done he fires them with zero warning or explanation (he knows exactly what he's doing). He is lying to hard working people who are looking for permanent employment, so imagine what he's doing to their customers. Jen the office manager should be ashamed of herself for continuing to string people along. She definitely sold her soul to Dave. Very unprofessional because why not just be honest Instead of wasting people's time.

There is NO job security in this company! The boss will fire you because he wakes up in a bad mood! Very unprofessional, no warnings or write-ups, just the bosses impulsive behavior. They are forgetful when it comes to giving bonuses, PTO and reimbursements. They constantly have new hires who know absolutely nothing about the job. They time you for everything without giving a reasonable amount of time to do the job in the first place. They bounce you around from job to job and send you back months later to complete your unfinished work and expect you to remember everything like you never left. They constantly send new workers to fix previously wrecked jobs from their previous scab hires. They have cheap company tools. There's no steady schedule, its updated day by day. One day you're working and the next you're not. They give you exact materials and you constantly come up short on what you need to finish the work. You may catch yourself scraping up material from other parts laying around just to get by. There's no room for error, unexpected obstacles or changes. They call you constantly and nag you to hurry and finish. They don't appreciate quality work. They constantly complain about overtime even when they approve it.

It is just amazing to me the way that people treat customers in this city. Visit Daven Electric's website and you will see an entire section on the site about their residential work. I called the number and some lady answers the phone "Hello", she doesn't even say the name of the company. I tell her about my residential project and she tells me they don't do residential. I mention to her it's on their site and she HANGS UP ON ME. How do people have businesses like this? I suspect they are not a legitimate company based on this experience.
