Howard S.Franklin Lakes, NJ410Aug 16, 2022First to ReviewIn the past few years I asked them to remove a car from my insurance. The first time 7 months went by before I realized it was never done. then a few years later the same thing happened. I found that there was no follow up to speak of. Apparently I missed an email and the office never questioned it or followed up. Doesn't leave me with a secure feeling that they handle my insurance.
