I used David Lloyd and his team at Weichert to sell my home in Arlington in 2023. David and his team are proactive, responsive, hard working, and professional. We've worked with David and team twice now: back in 2015 to buy our first home, and then this August to sell that one and buy a new home in Arlington. We went back to David because he's fantastic to work with. On the buying side, he put together very thoughtful tours, focused on different architectural styles and neighborhoods. His approach helped us find the perfect house - and it's one we wouldn't have otherwise found on our own. On the selling side, he helped us get our asking price the very first weekend on the market. We credit his (and Suzy's!) pricing analysis and expert advice on prepping the house. Overall, we highly recommend!

We could not be happier with the experience we had with David Lloyd and Suzanne throughout the sale of our home! First and foremost, their communication was SUPERB!! Communication may be my most sought-after attribute when selecting a realtor, and Dave and Suzanne did not disappoint. They are agile and quick to turn anything around. For example, the buyers of our home made several requests throughout the process, requiring David and Suzanne to quickly create legally-binding documents. Dave and Suzanne created the documents and sent them via DocuSign the same day. Their recommendations for home upgrades were pragmatic and spot on. They have fantastic connections with contractors (with great rates) for a full-service experience. Finally, the most important metric is results.
