This is a big nail shop. Next to the Walmart and CHKD thrift store in Hilltop. I called ahead before my pedicure as I was a couple minutes away, wanting to make sure they had availability. They answered the phone promptly and told me to come right over. After a short wait I was greeted and taken back to a spa chair.

The nail tech returned to the station with clean tools, and gel colors. I decided on the Regular Pedi ($35+ $20 for gel). I was happy to see they offer gel from OPI, as I love their nude collection. The nail tech was friendly, thorough and did an excellent job. I enjoyed the massage on my feet but I found the massage chair rather uncomfortable, with an unbearable strong pressure.

Price point is a bit high for Pedi but I would return for the professionalism and quality of work.

This place is AMAZING. My go to for sure. No appointments needed and that is a plus on my end as I have a child and work Night Shift so I don't get touch time to myself. But let me say the WORK that my nail tech did is just top tier. She asked me what I liked/ wanted and simply SERVED. I wasn't able to catch her name. I went in for a pedicure and dip on my hands and they came out beautifully. Very clean salon and very relaxing. I get scared sometimes doing dip powder because they come out very thick but my nails tech did them thin just how I liked. No complaints here

This place is located at the Walmart Plaza next to USPS. Plenty of parking space. The place is beautiful. They offer water or wine. It's a for sure plus. Very spacious with many pedi chairs.
This can be a hit or miss. Been here a handful of times. There spa options are great. Wax, stone massage are awesome!! Yes please. If only they asked the pressure it would be even more AMAZING!!
I can visit the location and get exactly other times I have to repeat myself and saying it in different ways so the tech understands me.
Because of my athletic activities and dancing I need a little more TLC in cleaning. There are times I'll tell them what I need and they do a good job. Other times I leave so disappointed that I end up spending the money and still going home to finish the job. I can feel the discomfort in my feet when I leave there on those occasions.
I don't mind giving extra tip or paying the price if the job is done to my satisfaction. Today was one of those frustrating days. Boomer.

I am in the Virginia Beach area for the weekend. I am really selective about nail salons. Sanitation and customer service are really huge for me. The salon was very sanitary and the customer service was great. The nail technician I had was JT he did not talk much, which I like as well as he was very neat and his shaping was very good. I also went in thinking I would need a full set but he told me my nails were still in very good shape and he did a really good job reviving them.

I came and originally asked for lengthy almond nails. I went through two different nail techs before being sat with the third. I had given up on asking for almond at this point and just said they could do a coffin shaped nail. The nails I ended up with are not coffin. They are chunky and wide squares, uneven and thick across the top. It was obvious the final nail tech I was sat with was rushing through. I have gel all around my nails and he did not even rub the lotion in. Im very disappointed and sad in mmy experiences here once again especially for having to pay the price of $60 for a dull set when the prices on the website and mat on the front state that an acrylic full set is $50. Thank you.

Horrible customer service, rude rude, speaks another language hoping no one understands but I do and I can't stand this place or how they feel about clients.

I found my place!! FINALLY. Greatest customer service. The people here are all SO nice! Diverse, very respectful, peaceful, and clean environment. Emily does my nails and I never want another person touching my hands or feet. She does an incredible job and is fast! Selfishly almost didn't want to write this post because I'm always a last minute caller and don't want them to get too busy to fit me in‍

This nail shop at first was the best and I loved going there. They were nice, polite offered you wine and everything then they simply started changing. They started rushing on my nail not taking their time, won't let me wash my hands, being rude and not as friendly. They have disappointed me extremely and I will no longer be going there anymore and I do not recommend anyone else to go either.

Honestly I really like this Place and I want to give a good review I highly recommend getting a pedicure from here. However I have not had a good time getting my nails done I got a full set of acrylic nails and they were longer originally than I wanted but I let it be when I came back for a fill they cut them way too short none of the lengths matched each other and the overall product was thick bubbly and not good. I talked to the owner or manager whatever she is and she was supposed to do my fix however when I showed up to have my nails fixed it was by the same person that had messed them up and when I asked for my set to be removed and to have regular gel put on he remove the set of nails and said we were done but I had originally said I just wanted regular gel put on after but I didn't push the subject because it's never just what you ask for. this this place has a huge communication issue and I'm honestly just tired of it because nothing I ever asked for is done correctly.

I've been a client since they opened the door. I've always had the best of care. The environment is so relaxing and pleasant. The owner does a super job staying on top of the latest trends. Lisa is who I use for my nail care. She is always kind and always delivers 5star quality. I must say everyone there does a great job though. They are some of the best in the business. If your are looking for consistency, look to DP NAIL SALON AT HILLTOP. Very Happy Client. Cheryl Talbot
