DB Nails and Spa

EXPENSIVE!!!

I want to start off by saying they did a good job, very few errors. However, I have been getting my nails done for over two years. Same long length same "extra" designs, and as someone who's not even from Lubbock it's just WAYYY too over priced!!! I'm from Orange County, California and I have NEVER paid this much for a set. It was over $200... I don't think I'll be returning and I'm not someone who regularly goes to nail salons. There's plenty of home nail techs in the area that do the same for a fraction of the price. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Went to DB nails to try out a new nail salon because my friend and I wanted to have a relaxing girls trip. I was completely disappointed. I feel like getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and I was not relaxed at all. When walking into the salon I was not really greeted and I felt rushed to sign in. Next we got lead to our seat and rushed to pick nail colors and what we wanted to do pedicure wise. I had a few questions about pricing and extra information about the pedicures and they made me feel stupid and could barely speak any English to talk to me about what I wanted. I really don't mean to be a pain but it ruined my whole experience and at the end of the day I wasn't satisfied with my nails. The colors didn't match my toes and my nails are choppy and unfinished. Won't be returning.

DB never disappoints! Veronica did my nails today, and she was the sweetest! They're exactly how I want them every time.

My daughter went to get a fill today and she ended up walking out, but not without being made to pay $15 for this mess they left her with. When she tried to explain to him that's not what she wanted, he was rude. She asked the man for a fill and only wanted them trimmed down a tad bit. He cut them down to the skin on her thumbs and then continued to file them down to what you see in the pictures and then told her she would have to pay for a new full set instead of a fill. She asked him to stop and just take them off so she could go somewhere else. Horrible experience and she left in literal tears!!

I was not impressed.
They charged me $80+ and for what...
I had no nail polish on before hand so they didn't need to take anything off, it was my own nails and the design I wanted he did so thin you can barely see it.
Then when I go to pay they charge everyone a $1.50 fee to use their credit card machine.
It was way over priced!!

Got cow print nails and the day after getting them the black polish began to bubble and peel up. I went back and they "fixed" them. A day ago I went to get them shortened and changed the design, but now the polish is lifting and bubbling AGAIN. I thought the first time was just a weird reaction from the black polish but now this is even worse! The workers were nice but I have never had this many issues with my nails before. Definitely not worth the $$$ I spent.

I have gotten my nails done here a few times with no issues how ever this past time I went left my nails with a bacteria infection!

They messed up my nails and messed my girlfriends nails to like they don't listen to what you have to say they just do what they want to do they need to get there shit together

I loved it. And most definitely will be going back. I believe the owner did my nails and they came out lovely. And i would recommend them to everybody

This is my nails after being done a week! They look so bad and my cuticles got irritated/infected... I asked them to fix them and they did the cracked ones but refused to fix any of the ones that had "seemed to grow out" even though it had been 7 days and they are clearly not even.
