This service was a 1 because of the price on repair and lack of communication. We did not receive a call on what the diagnosis was and the technician went on ahead and fixed what was needed. He decided not to call because it was 9 pm and he did not want to bother us. Anytime, when an emergency call is made, this should not be the issue. The cost of a thermostat is another issue. A honeywell T6 thermostat is $95 at home depot, I was charged $300 including connecting wires. I was not notified of the cost or that he was going to start work.

I am all about giving small businesses an opportunity to do quality work with a fair price. I feel that in this experience, quality work was done but the confirmation was not made and price was unfair.

I don't see myself or my business partner investing anymore time and money into this company.

This is NOT the company to use for any of your services. Please save your time and money. I just saw a prior review and they literally have the same exact complaint. First of all, it cost me $95.00 just to tell me what was wrong with the unit. Then the guy went ahead and fixed the unit without telling me what the total price would be. Although we have an old unit, he basically charged us $470.00 just to put in Freon! NEVER AGAIN!!! I strongly urge anyone to not use them. They could not write a receipt, no confirmation number, did not accept credit/debit card. No email or nothing.
