We recently used Debbie as our listing agent for our home while relocating. She is experienced and knowledgeable about the peninsula and the real estate in general. I would highly recommend using Debbie for any home you are planning to buy or sell. She helped us with everything including finding a stager, someone to clean and tidy the yard once we moved out. All her work led to us getting a great price for our home.

After working with Debbie on our last home purchase and sales of our previous home, we worked with Debbie recently on buying a new home and selling our current home.

It was a pretty unconventional situation with a lot of last minute urgency and dependencies since it was a bit of an impulsive decision on our end since we found a home that we really wanted.

Debbie provided spot-on advices and detailed help throughout the process of purchasing the new home. During and after the closing, she has been super helpful on providing advice and input on how to fix the home and etc. She works with a set of very solid team that provides good service (Painting / Handyman / Remodeling / Coloring / Movers) and etc.

During the sales of our current home in which we had to make it happen while living in it with a lot of pressure on timing, Debbie was super helpful in helping us scheduling and handling the checklists along the way, and was super proactive in really making it easy for us.

This was the 3rd and 4th time working with Debbie and her team and we would definitely work with her again!

I don't get to write many reviews as a lender to my real estate partners. Have known Debbie for years and in our last transaction she was the Listing Agent and she handled all aspects of the transaction perfectly and made the process so very smooth for the buyer and buyers agent, and the lender, we closed in 15 days! :)

Debbie and her team are AWESOME! She was very easy to work with and made sure that all of our questions were answered and concerns smoothed over. Debbie was very transparent and communicated with us on a regular basis. She understood how difficult it was for us to finally decide to sell our home and was very patient with us. She never pushed us to go faster, instead, encouraging us to take our time in making decisions. She supported us and provided guidance, keeping us updated with any changes in the process. As Power of Attorney for my parent's finances, I had to sell my parents condominium which was a partition sale due to a lawsuit. Debbie was appointed as referee by the court for the sale of my parent's condominium in San Mateo. It was a very difficult sale requiring court appearances and she attended court hearings and corresponded with the Home Owners Association and my attorney to make sure that everything was in accordance with the court.

Debbie went above and beyond what was expected of her as a realtor. Every detail that the court required, she complied. She had references for all situations that would arise which I really appreciated since I live in Riverside.

Long version: Our needs and price range were not a slam dunk by any means but they were willing to work with us to get in offers that we were comfortable with on houses that worked for us. We said no thanks to a fair amount of good homes and they never gave us a hard time, just kept at it. The home we won was certainly less than ideal circumstances for Debbie - we identified it at an open house on Saturday, offers were due Monday at noon. Debbie worked her butt off to due diligence the house with us and get a clean offer in on EXTREMELY short notice. We are thrilled with the home. No buyers remorse, at a price we were willing to pay. She and her team really made our dream happen. I am absolutely sure that we would not have been able to do this with anyone else.
