Delta Roofing

I hired this company for fixing roof tiles, cleaning up birds from below solar panels and install netting.
Erik told me he does not go up the roofs anymore. His crew does all the work, which is fine. But the crew did not do the job right the first time. They left couple of pigeons in the net because it was too hard to move them out. They literally sealed the netting and left the birds to die of dehydration amidst 100 degree heat. What work ethics can one expect from people with such a blatant disregard to life. Quality of other work was okay, had to recall them to fix couple of things, which they did.

Delta Roofing is awesome! We had a new roof put on in 2020. Two months later had solar panels installed. In early 2022, we put the house up for sale and during inspection time they reported the roof was 8-10 years old. We called Eric right away and he came out the next day to take a look. He found several damaged areas form the solar panel installation (Freedom Forever-still battling them for the reimbursement) that left torn shingles and exposed flashing and drilled holes. Eric took pictures to show us the damage and being the professional that he is, gave us a quote and scheduled a time to come back and repair the roof. Honesty and Integrity are hard to come across these days. Eric is the real deal!

Delta put a shingle roof on my house in 2000. I sold the house in 2017 and the roof never gave me a single issue and passed inspection for sale. My elderly parents had a leak in their roof and had a roofer come out to do an estimate. The estimate came in rather high in my opinion. The roofer wanted to come out the very next day to fix the roof. I was worried that they were being pressured and taken advantage of due to their age. I called Eric of Delta roofing to ask his opinion of the estimate. Eric took time out of his day to look at the estimate and even looked at my parent's roof through goggle earth, as they live in Claremont. He was so kind to give me expert advise on the estimate. I was so appreciative that he would take time out of his busy day to help me.

Eric Lefebvre and his crew recently completed replacing three skylights on our roof. The efforts and results were superb and we are most satisfied. It was no fluke because Eric has the technical competence and integrity to carefully plan and execute projects. His estimate was very reasonable and fair and I was very pleased with his prompt responsiveness.

We had Delta Roofing install a new roof and gutters last week. They were very professional and did a great job. Eric, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He showed up for the estimate on time and answered all of our questions. He gave a great selection of various asphalt shingles and gutters. Also, he gave us addresses nearby of houses where his company had installed new roofs. We are very happy with our new roof and it took only a week for Delta Roofing to remove our old cedar shake roof, install OSB and then the new asphalt shingles. I highly recommend us Delta Roofing as I'm sure you'll be as happy with their work as we are.

After getting two estimates that were vastly different I decided to go with Delta Roofing. They did an excellent job replacing cracked tiles, cleaning off moss, replacing rotten wood and painting end boards. The owner, Eric is very knowledgeable and honest and I felt confident with both his estimate and the end product .

Eric and his Delta Roofing crew did a great job on our roof. He responded quickly to my estimate request and took the time to tell me what I needed to know. While we did have our date pushed back a week, when the crew arrived our roof was done quickly and looks great. The only surprise was having to replace a couple of boards that they don't repaint to match the house, so now we have a corner at the top corner of the house that needs painting but we can't access. I understand it had to be replaced to pass roof inspection so this was unavoidable it seems. In the end, a great roof and a nice, honest crew to work with.
