I had a very nice girl take off my SNS today. Instead of wrapping my nails in foil she put my whole hand in acetone. The SNS melted off onto my fingers.

All you need to do is put cotton balls of acetone on the nail and wipe off. Soaking my WHOLE finger was a little ridiculous. I figured any place could handle such an easy task. I guess not.

The wait for longer than I have had for other nail salons in the Annapolis area. I waited about 15 minutes before I was going to leave, that was when a nail technician came over to me and told me that they would be right with me. Customer service could use some improvement.

The nail technician, Jenny, was the one who gave me my pedicure. $30 for basic pedicure with scrub and it was worth it. The massage was very nice and she was very thorough with my pedicure. She did a good job on my toes. I'm satisfied. I recommend asking for Jenny for anyone who is going to go here or give it a shot.

I looked on web site which shows them open till 8pm all but one day... as I'm walking up see lady behind register counting and a male taking garbage out. Sir are you closed .... yes... it's 6:50pm.... ... I might try again but so far not impressed . Update your website !!!

I have been to this nail spa a few times. Always busy and I am fine with a few mins wait. But don't tell me 15 mins then 20 or so later put me in a chair and let me sit so long with my feet in the water that it gets cold. One technician was about to start on someone else when the person who had put me in the chair walked by and I asked how much longer. She made the technician switch and start my pedicure but there was much chatter so I'm sure it was about the witch wanting the pedicure. Not going back. They are rude and not service oriented. Just a little kindness and respect for customers is all I'm asking.

I had been going to this place for 8 years...there are 2 girls there that had always done a good job and occasionally I would have someone who wasn't as good but the polish lasted. But lately the past several times I've gone I noticed that quality has gone down. This last time my gel polish didn't last 5 days before peeling. I was able to easily pull off the polish from my nails in one piece. Went in to show them and they couldn't have been ruder. And he did a poor job again just to spite me. Even knowing I've been a loyal customer for that long and never having complained before. I would find another place in the area. The magazines here are 2 years old and other places put more of an effort to comfort by providing drinks and current reading material.

My boyfriend and I was in the parking lot waiting for a movie. Saw the nail sign under new management. Came in for a fill. The nail tech did a beautiful job.

i will never go to this place again.. they charged me $10 ten dollars for polka dots on my toes!!!!!! they did not tell me it would cost this much for dots on my toes !!!! i do not recommend them .. oh and by the way i had to spend an extra 40 min there because the girl did not pay attention to the color i picked out, started painting my nails the wrong color and then tried to paint over it!!!! the whole time being rude and talking to the other girl in their language .. i do not recommend this place !!! or at least ask up front how much they plan to screw you over with... btw ... pedicure mediocre at best..
and their instruments are not properly sterilized.. go at your own risk
